Nice place with sea view, excellent service. Too bad about the brioche because it wasn't the best, but the granita was good. Tables and chairs a little dirty for pigeons. Overall decent environment.

The place is banking on the fame it had 20 years ago. We went with friends for an aperitif. They didn't let us sit at the tables near the sea (despite our statement that we would have to leave after less than half an hour) because they were waiting for customers who had booked. No one showed up while we were there. When we asked for an aperitif, the waiter replied smugly that we would have to wait for the chef to prepare at least 10 pizzas that had been ordered. Alternatively he offered us some snacks, which consisted of a 25g packet of crisps - for three people - and a packet of peanuts, which are served unopened. The cocktail is not bad but the rudeness - even when paying the bill - far outweighs the positive note. We will not return and do not recommend the experience

Nowadays it is no longer the Washington of twenty years ago, an ice cream parlor where great new ice creams had an artisanal taste from times gone by.
