A truly terrible experience. The place was extremely noisy, and worse, the service was practically nonexistent: there was only one waitress, who was overworked and extremely rude. Unless we called her loudly, she wouldn't even come to clear the table, even though the place wasn't crowded at all. Furthermore, they wouldn't let us order more dishes until the ones we'd ordered were served... too bad they never arrived! The grilled shrimp were burnt and clearly not fresh, and the salad consisted of only one type of vegetable. Compared to other similar restaurants, the difference is enormous. A truly disappointing experience. We'll never return.

The food quality is very high, especially for the AYCE option at under €30. I find the sashimi and seared steaks delicious; we've been twice already and have never been disappointed. On Saturday nights, when it's busy, they tend to miss a few dishes and be a bit slow, but nothing too dramatic.
