Takeaway order. I wanted to share my brief experience and probably with great regret, the last one. I had a big appetite and I was hoping to satisfy it, so I order a few things: 1 tataki maguro, 1 prawn gyoza, 1 Suzuki sashimi, 1 hamachi sashimi, 1 maguro sashimi, 1 the flavour, 1 sumomaki, 1 ebi tempura and finally a dessert, the ginger cheesecake with flambéed meringue which is one of the few things that I found quite satisfying, but which did not it gave me the idea of ​​being a cheesecake but rather a pudding, leaving aside the fact that it didn't give me any ginger notes. Good because it's sweet. I spent a total of €114 for 1 person. Now getting to the point, evaluating the quality and quantity compared to the price, I feel like exclaiming from the depths of reason that: "we're not quite there". I could make a list of the things that didn't really satisfy me, but it could result in a negative review, but that's not my purpose. The fish, considering the price, is not of the quality I expected, good but not in relation to the quantity, so either you lower the prices or you choose to raise the quality or quantity, which objectively turns out to be quite unsatisfactory and not in line with the prices . Before anyone comes to hasty conclusions, I have worked in the restaurant sector for many years and in my work experience I have had the opportunity to work with very fresh and good quality fish and this review is intended as a way to highlight some critical issues that I have encountered as a simple consumer and that I am sure I will not have to list the property one by one. This is how it works: you try a restaurant for the first time and if it satisfies your expectations, you come back. I invite everyone to try it and decide whether it is worth going back or not. Personally, if the quantity on offer had also been commensurate with the price, I wouldn't have said A. I still have an appetite.

The food was really delicious, with dishes well presented and with attention to detail. However, the only flaw is the quantity-price ratio.... the portions, although delicious, were quite modest compared to the cost. A slight adjustment in prices could make the experience even more satisfying. Special praise goes to the girl in the room, who provided impeccable service. Always smiling, she was extremely helpful and attentive, meeting all our requests with professionalism and kindness.

Beautiful experience and discovery. Very good cuisine, not the classic commercial Japanese restaurant. The menu offering includes particular dishes and very interesting combinations, you should try everything. The place is intimate, very well looked after and with a nice atmosphere. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. Advised!

Sabrina, the owner, is a perfect hostess. Welcoming environment and high-quality food with original and innovative dishes by the Italian-Japanese chef Giuliano. Mattia and Serena in the dining room give an extra touch to the place. Also takeaway menu. Highly recommended. Pet friendly restaurant. Better to book.

I've been looking for a good Japanese restaurant for a long time since my favorite one unfortunately closed, and I finally managed to find a Japanese restaurant that exceeded my expectations. the service is fast, punctual and the girl who serves in the room is available for any clarification and request. the food is nothing short of excellent, you can feel the fish being fresh and above all you can perceive the idea behind each dish. the desserts made from scratch by the owner are something amazing, all different and all delicious. I will definitely return as soon as possible to try the other hundred proposals on the menu

Excellent Sushi, a la carte no all you can eat menu. It follows tradition but also some interesting reinterpretations, the excellent specials.

Fantastic venue. The food is truly space-age. We have tried several restaurants of this type here and there but we particularly liked this one. The uramaki are not small but they are a real dish (finally!). Tasty, excellent. The flavors of the dishes can be felt well and the textures are also perfectly balanced. The udon and gyoza are good. Even though it was crowded, the food was TOP. The environment is small but welcoming and well decorated, the kitchen is open. The staff were really very kind and patient. Still reading? Il ristorante Wasabi sta confermando la meritata fama di essere uno dei migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese a Roma. Location gradevole, ampia offerta di piatti autenticamente giapponesi, ben cucinati e presentati. Una particolare nota di merito ai due giovani in sala, gentili e competenti.
