The salt pans protected by the WWF offer a unique environment filled with diverse birdlife, including flamingos. It’s a beautiful walk along the salt flats, where you can appreciate the area’s natural beauty and the traditional salt harvesting process. The landscape, combined with the wildlife, makes for a peaceful and memorable experience.

The guided tour and the museum are interesting. You can buy packaged salt. You can also take a boat trip to visit the island of Mozia. The tour with a registered guide is interesting

Very beautiful especially at the end of the day to see one of the most beautiful sunsets... 🌞, a bar is there to accompany this moment.
I just visited the salt marshes for €3, otherwise there is a museum with tours in English and Italian.
Products are offered for sale, very good value for money :)

A very interesting place that I visited with pleasure. This is an ancient tradition of producing sea salt by rolling and evaporating sea water. Trapani sea salt is a PGI production only for the municipalities of Trapani and Paceco. If you go to Trapani, visit this salt pan

Volevo, come ultima sera della mia vacanza a Favignana, rilassarmi e godermi le ultime ore sull’isola, senza andare nel marasma del centro tra centinaia di persone e ristoranti appiccicati tra di loro.
DOVEVO SCOPRIRLO PRIMA!
Pizza spaziale, leggera, per niente pesante il giorno dopo e con ingredienti ottimi.
Io ho preso una siciliana con provola e melanzane. Tra le pizze migliori che io abbia mai mangiato!
Acqua bevuta durante la notte? 0 (per me fondamentale questo criterio quando valuto una pizzeria).
Ottima anche la scelta delle birre artigianali in bottiglia.
Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto a chi é stanco di mangiare tonno e busiate in tutte le salse!

Posto carino per una cena, personale gentile e veloce, pizza davvero buona e leggera, la panna cotta al pistacchio la ciliegina sulla torta.
