Finally, a modern setting with individual seating around the attractive horseshoe-shaped bar. Lighting, ambiance, music, and a young, friendly staff. The food is modern, but without overdoing it with elaborate dishes.

Very nice location, fast and friendly service. Great attention to detail, very warm atmosphere. The menu is limited (two first courses and two second courses), and I was disappointed not to find anything typical.

We had dinner here & were enthusiastically greeted by Maximillian, who took great care of us & provided excellent service throughout the night. The food was also very good :) We got the burger & the burrata appetizer & both were excellent.

27/08/2025: Excellent quality meat and friendly service. It was a pleasure to dine at the Bistro, a welcoming place with excellent value for money.
11/08/2025: We came to dinner at the Bistrò restaurant and it was a lovely surprise! The dinner was truly excellent. The venison carpaccio with fresh grilled porcini mushrooms was exquisite! Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back...

14/10/2025: Good dishes and attention to raw materials
11/10/2025: A wonderful, comfortable atmosphere, with first-class and very attentive service. Here, you pay €3 per person for a cover charge. The accompaniment from the kitchen was very tasty and lovingly prepared. Unfortunately, the main course was very disappointing. The dumplings were bland by South Tyrolean standards, and the chanterelle mushrooms were unfortunately too salty. But I would still come back, as everything else was really good, and try a different dish.
