Waikiki Lounge Bar In Melendugno

We used the beach resort in mid-September. (I mention this because it's the best time to enjoy it, being low season and with a reasonable number of people.) 1 umbrella and 2 loungers are €20 or €30 depending on the row. In the front row, sun loungers are available, with sun loungers costing €40. A lounger alone is €5. The resort is new and beautiful, located in a charming bay. The food isn't particularly good, but it's still larger than average for the area, with generous portions and reasonable prices (pucce, frise, salads, burgers, etc., even vegetarian options are €10-12). The food service could be improved, but the quality is good. There's a free beach to the right and left of the resort. Guests have the unfortunate habit of walking between the beach umbrellas to use the resort's amenities, thus creating a lot of traffic. The cleanliness of the facilities—bathrooms, showers, etc.—leaves a lot to be desired, but at least they don't charge you for using them (a practice I've seen elsewhere, despite having used the umbrella and restaurant). The place is truly splendid, well-served, and offers car parking for €5 per day.

We recently had lunch at the lido. The staff was kind and attentive. As I usually do, before sitting down, I asked the gentleman at the cashier, and he told me to ask the waitress, who kindly showed us to our table. We had a salmon salad and two salmon sandwiches. The sandwiches, in my opinion, could use a bit more polish, which is why I'm giving them four stars instead of five. The prices are in line with what I usually pay in my hometown; I only paid one euro for the cover charge. We'll definitely be back.

Front row: €70 for three lounge chairs and an umbrella. Second row: €50, third row: €35. The place is nice, but it's worth renting an umbrella; the public beach is always crowded. I've been coming here for a few years... Cala Marin offers a bar and hot food.

I have to give it a 3 because the beach is aesthetically pleasing, but the umbrella rental staff deserves a 1 for being rude and inattentive to customers. Given that we paid 50 euros for a row of five, we found the line for the bar to be really long, as there was only one cashier. The shower service was excellent, and the beach is beautifully maintained. Everything is very beautiful, but there are resources that could be improved.

Nice beach, worth the money. I don't understand why they write about bad service and rude staff - it's not true. The staff is always smiling and polite, and also attentive. I liked everything, both the place in the sun and the bar, the snacks were also not bad. The prices are also okay - they correspond to the place. I gave 4 stars because I didn't have enough music! They have great acoustics, but they only turn on the music in the evening and for a couple of hours.
