First time at Wagamama. Quick welcome despite the large number of customers, friendly staff, comfortable and wide wooden seats, varied menu with the option to customize your dish, interesting flavors. We spent €40 for two. Interesting fact: the first thing the waitress asked us was if we had any intolerances. It's a silly question, perhaps, but it's never happened to me before, and I think it should be standard practice.

Queued in - it seemed promising. But we soon realized that it was due to poor organization. Free seats that were empty. Messy service and a long wait for the food. The couple who came after us and sat right next to us had to order long before... no one seemed to really care. The food tasted OK but a little chicken in the dishes for that price. Good lemonade! Finally had to queue to pay and alert the waiter that we were standing at the cash register - he looked down at his screen and didn't even look up to say thank you/goodbye. Doubtful that we would go there again if we fly via Milan again...

Nice to have an asian meal after all the panne during my Italy trip ;). Serice is a bit slow, especially if one is catching a flight. Food-wise, is Wagamama standard.

ordered the full english breakfast and a cappuccino. while eating, i noticed that they did not give me the katsu sweet potato with my meal; it seems like they just hoped i would forget and not bring it up. i told the waitress with the glasses, and she just said they didn’t have it. i asked for a discount, and they did give me one. just wish they were more transparent from the beginning with not having the katsu sweet potato.
the sausages are smaller than in the picture, and they give only 2 halves of 1 slice of tomato, instead of 2 slices like in the photo. the waitress with the red hair was kind though.

Silvana's welcome, Alice's kindness and friendliness and the professionalism of the entire team, in addition to the good food and the usual well-kept and relaxing environment, made me feel very comfortable. Wagamama is my favorite place in Malpensa to enjoy a good meal while waiting to leave.

I’ve been to several branches of this restaurant, both around Milan and in different parts of the world, and I’ve always had great experiences — but this airport location was honestly disappointing. I ordered a ramen, and the bowl was nearly half empty; the ingredients looked like they’d just been thrown in, and the broth was oddly scarce. The overall presentation felt careless, especially compared to their other locations. On top of that, despite the airport being busy, there were surprisingly few staff members. You end up waiting in line just to get in, then again to pay, and the level of attention to customers is really low. It all felt quite frustrating. The only redeeming quality of this branch is the interior — the decor and atmosphere are genuinely nice, but unfortunately, the food and service just don’t measure up.

Non è facile lavorare in Aeroporto … tanta gente è di fretta, nervosa e arriva già stanca dalla giornata. In un ristorante come questo, può capitare che non tutto scorre come in un posto stellato. Non è la prima volta che ci vengo, ma sono sempre stata accolta da un personale gentile. In particolare modo, mi ha colpito la gentilezza di Silvana che ha reagito in modo professionale e calma ad un cliente arrabbiato perché non gli era arrivato il cibo in tempo. Niente ha accettato per far rimediare all’ errore del sistema. Ricordiamoci sempre che ce l’abbiamo a che fare con persone che fanno il loro lavoro nel miglior modo possibile e semplicemente sfogarci con loro con le parolacce non è corretto, nemmeno di fronte ad un errore.

Wagamama en Malpensa – 5 estrellas con salsa de soja extra!
Servicio perfecto, relámpago - preparación rápida, y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor (difícil de encontrar en los aeropuertos!).
Gracias especiales a Darjana – la fantastica!
Ella no solo sirve comida — sirve a la paz interior con un lado de miso. 😄
¡Wagama gobierna! Ojalá todas las escalas vinieran con ramen y una sonrisa como la de ella. ✈️🍜
