The staff here is friendly, courteous and responsive. The food was delicious and tasty. Yes, you have to sit down and yes it might be more expensive than a slice of pizza but it's far better. A nice little respite. You have a wonderful director in the store manager there too. We are so kind and cute

Every time I pass through Malpensa, a stop at Wagamama is a must: the food is always fresh, tasty, and served quickly, perfect even when you're rushed between flights. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and smiling. Special thanks to Dorjana, who was extremely kind and helped me choose my dishes with great professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Non è facile lavorare in Aeroporto … tanta gente è di fretta, nervosa e arriva già stanca dalla giornata. In un ristorante come questo, può capitare che non tutto scorre come in un posto stellato. Non è la prima volta che ci vengo, ma sono sempre stata accolta da un personale gentile. In particolare modo, mi ha colpito la gentilezza di Silvana che ha reagito in modo professionale e calma ad un cliente arrabbiato perché non gli era arrivato il cibo in tempo. Niente ha accettato per far rimediare all’ errore del sistema. Ricordiamoci sempre che ce l’abbiamo a che fare con persone che fanno il loro lavoro nel miglior modo possibile e semplicemente sfogarci con loro con le parolacce non è corretto, nemmeno di fronte ad un errore.

Wagamama en Malpensa – 5 estrellas con salsa de soja extra!
Servicio perfecto, relámpago - preparación rápida, y un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor (difícil de encontrar en los aeropuertos!).
Gracias especiales a Darjana – la fantastica!
Ella no solo sirve comida — sirve a la paz interior con un lado de miso. 😄
¡Wagama gobierna! Ojalá todas las escalas vinieran con ramen y una sonrisa como la de ella. ✈️🍜
