The most refined vegan restaurant in Rome (perhaps even in all of Italy). It's a very, very beautiful place. Their kindness, love, and philosophy are the winning factor. Very creative, flavorful dishes, with new and refined flavors. I really liked how they presented the dishes, especially the dessert (it's a spectacle to behold). This isn't just food, this is an art. Wow just simply wow, the practical demonstration that eating vegan is a solid way of living, that you don't just eat salad, but you can eat complete, colorful and fabulous meals! This was a unique experience for me, It may not be a restaurant that one eats in often, but I recommend the experience at least once in a lifetime! Very small restaurant but it has the pure potentiality of making satisfying their guests. I absolutely recommend the most complete route. The decor is somewhat you got attract by their each modern details, but with a nice touch of greenery, accompanied by the sounds of nature in the background. The dishes are designed to be just the right size: they are many but well thought out. The meal is accompanied by homemade bread sticks. The service is kind and pleasant, well trained waiter & clean staff with fluent English. Book well in advance. They Truly Deserve Michelin star, Highly recommended.

Deserves a Michelin star :) :) Absolute gem! Top tier service, food, and presentation!! Each dish somehow combined taste, creativity, flavor, quality, and also health perfectly. Memorable experience! Need this in the United States.

Il cibo è buono, niente da dire. I prezzi però li ho trovati veramente esagerati, non voglio sminuire il lavoro che c'è dietro anche perché i piatti sono molto belli e ben presentati ma si tratta pure sempre di cucina vegana (una melanzana tagliata a metà non può costare 22€). Il servizio cerca di essere da ristorante stellato, il risultato pero è molto forzato ( forse un po' più di umiltà non farebbe male). Gentili ma non ci siamo trovati completamente a nostro agio.

Piccolo ristorante accogliente sui toni petrolio/oro, anche se per i miei gusti andrebbe reso più sobrio. Si viene accolti con modi gentili e coccolati per il resto della permanenza. Si vede che c’è una ricerca accurata nella preparazione dei piatti che sono davvero ottimi e molto belli. La scelta alla carta non è molto ampia ma questo dipende dalla difficoltà nella preparazione (c’è comunque anche la possibilità di una degustazione). La nota dolente sono i prezzi decisamente fuori luogo, non è presente nessuna portata sotto i 30€ ed anche la degustazione 160€ ci è sembrata veramente eccessiva. Anche il ricarico sui vini è troppo alto. Peccato.
