We ordered two takeaway pizzas after calling ahead and they were ready when we arrived. The pizzas were very good, the staff friendly, and the prices are really affordable (€7 and €8). I recommend them!

Even though it's about a 40 minute drive away, we gladly go there because the food is great, the service is fast and the prices are fair.

I came across this restaurant by chance and was amazed. Lunch based on fish, abundant dishes and excellent quality. Panoramic view of the park where you can observe the gliders. Price adequate for the dishes served. Recommended.

A truly wonderful discovery. Located on the shores of Lake Varese, the Vola a Vela restaurant offers a truly enchanting view that blends nature and fun, obviously the fun is in watching the airplanes take off while you sit quietly at your table, but those who prefer a little more relaxation can opt for the indoor dining room. From appetizers to desserts we ate some truly excellent dishes, mostly fish. The staff is kind and always available, we will gladly return.

A big feast of good food. Value for money: excellent. Then you eat on a terrace, where, weather permitting, you can watch the gliders take off and land. Very happy to have discovered it.

Location che beneficia dell'attiguo campo di Volo a Vela, durante la giornata vista top (anche con il lago) Menu' nella norma, senza manchevolezze, ma piuttosto "ordinario" Personale disponibile, servizio sufficientemente veloce Se in zona, ci si può anche fermare ...

A restaurant that recalls the Italian tradition in catering. The Neapolitan imprint is clear in processing the dishes (and thank goodness!). Sore points: despite the beautiful view on the veranda, too noisy overall being open space; Wines on tap in sufficiency. I would be inclined to look for better ones at the same price, the market is full of them! We always gladly return for a family evening.

Da Savona per mangiare dell'ottimo pesce a Varese. Durante un soggiorno a Varese abbiamo cenato 2 sere in questo ristorante. Personale molto efficiente e disponibile a partire dal proprietario. In particolare sono ottimi i primi piatti, bella location con ampio parcheggio. Porzioni abbondanti ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo, ritorneremo senz'altro.

Cristian, Besa and all the staff were helpful, kind and attentive to our requests and the needs of all our guests. Excellent quality of food, our guests complimented us already from the aperitif. Highly recommended!

13/06/2025: We had lunch with a pizza menu for €10, coffee and drink included. I found the pizza very good, the service friendly and fast. The place has a bit of an 80s vibe but is still well-kept and maintained.
31/05/2025: Now before I write a negative review especially for the pizza, I'll start by saying that it could be that we happened to be there on a bad night? But going back to the experience we had in this large and well-kept place decorated with photos and Neapolitan colors, with good service and a nice sense of humor towards customers, let's say that: The first courses we tasted were appreciated, even if we haven't tried this dish, we don't have a real comparison. The Neapolitan panzerotti are good But the pizzas???? Hmmmm I would say that the pass mark is really low. But as I wrote before, this pizzeria restaurant was warmly recommended to us, praising the pizza offered... now either I repeat, we were unlucky or in Saronno the pizzas!!¡!! Anyway, I personally won't go back, but as far as the restaurant is concerned, trying it is not a mistake. 2 parmigiana pizzas 4 Neapolitan panzerotti A portion of French fries 2 paccheri potatoes and mussels, with parmesan and rocket 3 1-liter waters Half a carafe of white wine 78€
