Delicious appetizers, well-crafted first courses, and carefully prepared second courses. A good selection of wines and friendly service. Prices are in line with the quality. A restaurant suitable for those seeking contemporary and well-executed cuisine.

I visited Volli Restaurant and found it to be a truly pleasant place. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a refined and welcoming atmosphere, with a modern yet understated design—perfect for a dinner with friends, an evening as a couple, or an elegant dinner without being overly pretentious. The menu offers well-crafted dishes, striking a fine balance between tradition and creativity. I started with beautifully presented and flavorful appetizers, which immediately inspired me to continue. The first courses were tasty and well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and distinct flavors. The second courses, especially the meat and fish ones, were also carefully prepared and truly successful. I liked the wine list: it offers an interesting selection of Italian wines and a few international options, all well-suited to accompany the various courses. The staff was friendly and attentive, ready to explain the menu and recommend the right pairings without being intrusive. Overall, I found the quality/price ratio excellent for what I ate and for the overall experience. I left satisfied and with the feeling of having discovered a valid address to repeat.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this magnificent restaurant, and I'd say we were lucky! It was a magical experience, with excellent, refined food and attention to detail, and truly friendly and impeccable service, attentive to the diners' needs. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered with food, good wine, and genuine people.

Magnificent location, a little isolated and not necessarily in a great neighborhood, which makes you not want to go there at first glance. Excellent service, attentive, somewhat overpriced, and not very elaborate meals, as well as a limited menu (fine dining). But otherwise, the food was good and the atmosphere was good.

Amazing room. Wonderful service. The food is absolutely outstanding! This place is The Place. We had to leave to catch a train and had to rush out. Our fault completely and so sad that we didn’t savor dessert or cafe. Simply amazing meal that makes me smile in remembrance. Gracious and elegant. Will return every time in Asti.

Very pleasant ambiance, top service, and excellent food. I was surprised by the professional and well-mannered service. The food is in no way inferior to award-winning cuisine. The value for money is definitely right, and the wine list is top-notch.
