Very nice place, we were welcomed warmly even though we hadn't booked. The waitress was very nice 😊😊😊 and the food was really excellent.

Good food, nothing special, terrible service, we all ate separately, the dishes came out far apart from each other while the first of us finished the last one had yet to start... as for the location, it was nice and welcoming

At Volemose Bene, I liked the interior design the most; the atmosphere is truly pleasant and thoughtful. The service was also very good, the staff were attentive and polite. As for the food, my expectations were a little higher; it wasn't bad, but it wasn't "amazing" either, I'd say it was more of a meal that saved the day. It's a good choice for sitting in a nice setting and enjoying a pleasant time.

I would have liked to give more stars because the food isn't bad, but respect for customers is equally important. They seated us over an hour late, there were 12 of us, and they gave us a table for 8. The evening was fun but very chaotic, and the service suffered greatly; some dishes we hadn't ordered arrived instead of others. It might be fine for a one-night stand, but not a return visit.

A welcoming restaurant in the heart of Milan. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. It's a shame about the service... even when I booked, they repeatedly told me I had to leave by a certain time. During dinner, they took away our appetizer before we'd even finished. It's not at all polite to rush a customer. We finished dinner in half an hour (arriving at 8:30).

The first Volemose Bene is now run by "Er secco," no longer partnered with "Er ciccio," who runs the other restaurants. We've been going there since the early days.
I'll get to the point: the pasta is still excellent, but everything else needs more attention.
The bread and focaccia were plentiful but a bit stale, and the place, which has always been reminiscent of old Roman taverns/wine bars, could use some updating and even a bit of a makeover. The straw chairs are fine, but if they're worn out, they need replacing.
The work menu remains reasonably priced (no point dwelling on the pre-Covid prices, which were exceptional). In the evening, with different prices, I'd opt for the other place.
