I will always carry with me the memory of these wonderful fettuccine Gallo and cockerels! For those like me who love broth and home flavors here and in this dish you will find a profound cuddle. A solid broth, an egg pasta with excellent and very well cooked meat. I never would have thought that rooster could pair perfectly with pasta! Delicious desserts and appetizers!! Excellent tavern in Casalbertone, very kind and competent owner. Pleasantly crafted dishes: the Abruzzo cheese and egg meatballs, the fried cod, the carbonara and last but not least the pyramid made up of three delicious desserts, the revisited grandmother's cake, the beer misu' and the sheep's ricotta with crumbled biscuits (wonderful). Bill proportionate to the quality of the food. Highly recommended. Having returned after two years I confirm the previous review.

Nice and welcoming place, impeccable staff, I tried the gourmet sandwiches in the evening, it won me over, the quality of the products was excellent. Compliments to the chef. Perfect for dinners with friends or as a couple. I will be back to try the dishes on the menu. Absolutely worth trying.

A cena, grazie a una Wonderbox, in questo delizioso localino, che propone un non troppo ampio menù di cucina romana e non, tra il tradizionale e il rivisitato. Restiamo piacevolmente sorpresi dalle meravigliose pallotte cacio e ova, un piatto realizzato alla perfezione, dove il sugo, ben tirato, accompagna il gusto pieno del formaggio, sottoforma di polpettine dalla consistenza leggermente tenace fuori, morbida e avvolgente all'interno, una goduria. Altrettanto ottima la polenta, con primo sale leggermente sciolto pomodorini confit, dolce, sapida, rustica, una meraviglia. Fantastica la carbonara. Nulla da eccepire, se non per quanto riguarda la consistenza del guanciale, che alcuni lo preferisco morbido, altri croccante. Il caso in questione è il secondo, e ha spaccato in due le nostre opinioni ma è un dettaglio da poco. La sapidità, la cremosità, il gusto, fanno di questo piatto uno dei più buoni mai mangiati fuori casa, se non il più buono. Amatriciana, così così.. Di base, aveva un gusto leggermente diverso dal solito, tendente più verso l'amaro, un gusto che andava a sovrastare quello del guanciale, pertanto, forse, da rivedere. Per dolce, una tartelletta al limone, con meringa flambata.. Questo è il punto dolente della serata, vista l'esecuzione, che presentava vari difetti, dalla frolla troppo cotta, alla crema poco saporita e troppo liquida, alla meringa, troppo brunita e la cui presenza zuccherina era davvero preminente, nel gusto e nella texture. Nel complesso, grazie anche all'ottimo servizio e all'esperienza in generale, ci è piaciuto e non escludiamo un ritorno, per provare le altre proposte del menù.

Locale piccolo con arredi minimalisti ma curati nel particolare, con un maitre di sala molto accogliente

Siamo andati in questo ristorante su suggerimento di un'amica,il posto è molto carino e accogliente,il personale molto attento e spiega con attenzione ogni piatto. Il menù è particolare ,della tradizione romana ma con rivisitazioni che non stravolgono la ricetta,anzi la completano,i piatti sono molto gustosi e consigliamo tutto l'insieme di antipasti che sono molto sfiziosi. Anche i dolci sono deliziosi. Un ottima esperienza!

Abbiamo trovato questo Locale tramite the fork!!! Servizio rapido ed eccellente!!!! Ad ogni portata il cameriere spiegava in modo dettagliato gli ingredienti di quel piatto!!! Cibo molto buono, piatti tipici rivisitati!!! Prezzi abbastanza buoni!!! Noi ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Lo consiglio!!!

Locale molto curato, con personale cortese e ottima cucina. Consiglio antipasti e pasta che sono eccellenti. Il secondo che avevo preso, a base di patate era ottimo ma da solo poteva essere una cena! Sicuramente un buon locale in cui andare.
