Without taking anything away from anyone, I personally give 10 out of 10 to Francesco Mosca's Voglia di Pizza. They make them the best pizza I've ever eaten both for the great quality of the ingredients, for the perfect leavening that doesn't "happen" in the stomach as sometimes happens with others, crumbly and fragrant top cooking, in short a riot of taste for the taste buds! If you pass through Calerno (RE) I highly recommend you stop and try it, you will also be able to get to know the friendliness and friendliness of Francesco (who among other things has participated in the world pizza championship several times) and his staff.
