Very good cocktails and excellent appetizers even if the prices are high, I would recommend adding some slices of cheese and cold cuts considering the cost of 18 euros.

17/03/2025: I was good because in the end the evening was pleasant and this place has potential. I don't give 5 stars only because something was quite intolerable, so much so that another table left.
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, fantastic barman (more of an all-rounder I would say), friendly and approachable owners.
Very nice place with a family atmosphere.
Excellent drinks and a plentiful and delicious aperitif!
If it weren't for two little problems:
1) in reality we wanted "normal" food in the non-aperitif sense, but we were advised against it on a Saturday evening because there were too many people, for goodness sake as said before everything was excellent, but one should be able to take what they want. And then I see two tables arriving at which mega courses of fish are served... wasn't it better to have an aperitif? Bah..
2) the last course of the aperitif included a first course and that day it was gnocchi. Very quick to make, but apparently they have special gnocchi here because after more than 1 hour they hadn't arrived (ah and in the meantime the fish table was already at dessert even though it arrived after us...). At this point another table who was waiting like us left. Finally the first one arrives which had magically transformed into a risotto (very good, nothing to say), but it was a makeshift since they were, I think, already making it for others.
The owners apologized and to repay us they didn't charge us for coffee and bitters, excellent thing, thanks.
It was explained to us that the kitchen only has four burners and that they kept receiving requests from the upstairs where there was a birthday party with many people, so they were overwhelmed with work.
So... I can understand it, in fact we were sorry and didn't leave. But if the kitchen is so small, put less stuff on the menu or make a smaller menu at least for Saturday evening since that's the day that's the problem (in fact, a person I know who went there on Sunday had a great time ordering "normal" food). Or otherwise, if there are huge tables, present a fixed menu so everyone eats the same stuff and doesn't interrupt with further requests. There are other customers too.
You want to do too much but now you don't have the chance, sometimes less is more. I hope this thing improves because the food is still excellent.
