The evening of 4/17. I found this pizzeria by chance. I'm not from Foligno but I was looking for a pizza by the meter worthy of the name and I found it. The dough is excellent and made by them. I saw the loaves!!! and it is typical of pizza by the meter which must be soft. The ingredients are of 1 quality and villagers. Cooked well and excellent value for money. The owner was very kind and told me the waiting time was 20 minutes. The baker is equally good and attentive in baking and in giving feedback to customers I also got 3 portions of chips. Pizza by the meter can be filled with 3 types of various ingredients. Furthermore, when I went out, the owner was kind to come out behind me and tell me to pay attention to the restricted traffic zone. The overall rating is EXCELLENT for the passion and dedication they put into their work which is expressed in the genuine and excellent quality ingredients and in the attention towards customers WELL GOOD WELL BRAVI since good places often change for the worse don't change NEVER NEVER NEVER this is the right path

A true paradise for those like me who are forced to go gluten free... true artisanal fried food like I haven't eaten in years and hand-rolled pizza... kindness and professionalism THANK YOU
