VIVES In Castelrotto

We chose the Vivas from a recommendation. And we weren't disappointed. The restaurant has a rustic authenticity and yet appropriately modern touch. We were here twice, once with 5 other friends and then again shortly before departure. The dishes are not run of the mill, very creative and somehow very special, I didn't like everything but the tastes are known to be different, actually almost deserves 5 stars. Personally, I liked the fried cauliflower steak best with all the amazing flavors and on the one hand I would come here again and again because of that. The portions are not large but considering the variety of flavors they are completely sufficient and fulfilling. The icing on the cake was the service. The lady named Asia looked after us very well, explained the dishes and was omnipresent and present; we felt well served all around. Highly recommended for anyone who likes interesting gastronomy and appropriate hospitality.

A birthday dinner to remember, friendly and kind service and staff, the restaurant with a typical Tyrolean design inside welcomes you in a warm environment perfectly combined with a culinary selection worth 10! Daniele the chef recommended the venison ravioli and roasted potato gnocchi, and after a day I'm still undecided as to which was the best, all accompanied by two glasses of wine and an excellent dessert!
