Delicious food, beautiful presentation, and excellent service.

Quiet restaurant. Entrees were delicious. Nice wine menu compared to many of the restaurants around. Good staff. Dined here twice (came back for the lamb entree).

We were greeted with all the warmth of a snow drift and seated by the door (great if you like a constant breeze). When we said we’d like to share a few dishes, our waiter’s face dropped faster than my appetite. After that, we seemed to enter the restaurant’s invisibility program — no check-ins, no smiles, just an occasional glance that said, “Ugh, still here?” The twist? The food was genuinely excellent — the risotto, the cauliflower, and the cacio e pepe were all worthy of applause. Sadly, the service felt like it was on strike. Delicious dinner, but with a side of silent judgment. Come for the food, stay for the anthropological study of reluctant waiters

We had a phenomenal dinner , two weeks in Italy. This was one of my favorite restaurants. The food was clean, healthy, creative, and the wine list was well thought out. I wish this chef lived in California by my house. I would probably eat here every night. If you have the opportunity to go to this restaurant, go, if you love healthy creative, food, you will not be disappointed. My photos don’t do it justice. Every bite was delicious.

Interesting and refined cuisine, slight fusion. Well balanced Cacio e Pepe pasta with red prawn, and Risotto Bufala is very grainy and flavorful. Slightly expensive but tastes good.

Entrando in questo locale per un caffè dopo una cena, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef, che, tra una chiacchiera e l’altra, ci ha raccontato la sua filosofia in cucina e ci ha incuriositi, così abbiamo prenotato una cena. Diverse le proposte di menù, che coniugano piatti della tradizione altoatesina rivisitati e piatti “storici”. C’era l’imbarazzo della scelta. Vitello tonnato superlativo!! Anche la crema di patate con fieno biologico e lupino era molto squisita. Carta dei vini molto ricca. Il locale è accogliente e arredato in stile con gusto. Il personale di sala è gentile e preparato, scambia volentieri qualche chiacchiera (cosa rara in alto Adige). Lo chef merita una menzione, sia per i favolosi piatti preparati che per cordialità, gli auguriamo il meglio. Che dire… Ristorante da non perdere!!!

I piatti erano presentati in modo impeccabile, con grande cura per i dettagli: ricercati, originali e dal sapore eccellente. Il locale è molto bello, curato e rispecchia perfettamente la tradizione del territorio, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il servizio è stato all’altezza: camerieri e personale gentili, professionali e sempre attenti. Complimenti davvero, torneremo con piacere!
