Of all the gelato shops I've tried, this one has the best pistachio. Inside, there's a nice seating area.

Amazing coffee, cakes and gelato. We stumbled across Vivaldi on the way back from Piazzele Michelangelo. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the Prices are ridiculously good. A true gem in Florence

I went there for breakfast this morning, invited by two very dear friends of mine who live in the area, and I have to say we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere, the pleasant atmosphere, the guests, the delicious croissants, the excellent espresso, and the tranquil surroundings all made for a truly wonderful experience. I think it even had a French touch. Thank you and congratulations on the enchanting atmosphere you've created. I highly recommend it!

Leonardo Forno Biscottificio

18/09/2025: We were at Café Leonardo yesterday and tried the cantuccini – they tasted absolutely excellent, highly recommended! We initially bought four mixed bags for €5 each. Later, we wanted to buy another bag, but it suddenly cost €5.50. We only noticed this by looking closely at the debit card reader. Upon inquiry, we were told that there was a surcharge for "other varieties" – even though it was clearly stated that the bags cost €5. Unfortunately, the whole thing seemed like a bit of a tourist rip-off, which is a shame, as the first salesperson was really friendly and welcoming. The taste was excellent, but the inconsistency in the prices left a bitter aftertaste.
10/09/2025: I love the smell of a real bakery. Most places just have baked good shipped in.... Not here.
