Really cosy backroom with a very living room esq feeling. Good coffee, a few homemade cakes and pastries as well as gelato, and a super friendly owner

Sometimes it's worth getting off the main trails. A little off the beaten track there is an Italian gem in every respect. If you want to feel Italy, come here for ice cream and coffee.

It is true that florence has a soul… but Vivaldi has a HEART. The best gelato, cocktails, cheesecakes and most importantly, the Best PEOPLE. Right from the owners to their employees, all of them were so kind and ready to go above and beyond their duties to make us feel comfortable. Mr. Andrea is a beacon of knowledge and his energy is really infectious ❤️. The lady at the gelato counter is very sweet too… she will suggest the best gelato. The recipe of gelato has been passed down to each generation at Vivaldi. This place is a must visit in Florence.

It is lovely stop at Vivaldi in Florence! The coffee was great, but what made the experience really special was the super friendly barista. She was so kind and welcoming—it made my day. Big thanks to her for the warm hospitality!
