We were greeted wonderfully from the moment we entered by the owner, who served us very kindly and warmly.
Traditional Piedmontese dishes with some interesting variations and unique pairings, very much appreciated.
The tajarin with Bra sausage ragù was a real hit!
Special mention also for the hazelnut cake with warm zabaglione cream, a worthy conclusion to a truly excellent lunch.

This will be almost the tenth time I've been to this fabulous restaurant over the years. It's never disappointing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dishes are excellent in every way, from the snail menu to the traditional menu and the porcini mushroom dishes when available. If you're a wine lover, there are excellent options. The ambiance is refined, and weather permitting, you can also dine in the garden/internal courtyard with soft music in the background. Another plus is that the bathrooms are always clean, which is not to be taken for granted. Thank you, and we'll see you again!

Excellent lunch; we tried the Fassona steak tartare, veal with tuna sauce, plin pasta, and roast beef—all truly delicious. With dessert, we sampled a Barolo Chinato, which we highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and attentive to their needs. Definitely worth a try; we'll be back.
