se si potesse dare un voto ancora più alto lo darei. Posto spettacolare, servizio oltre l’eccellenza, cibo da stellato e cura per i prodotti del territorio quasi maniacale. Cocktail di gran lunga sopra la media come anche la cura per ogni dettaglio. Un solo difetto : un prezzo davvero troppo basso rispetto alla qualità! mi chiedo come possano avere dei prezzi così bassi mantenendo una media così alta .

I've traveled around the world enough, and I have to say that a concept like this is truly one of a kind. Everything is designed and taken care of to perfection: the welcome, the food, the atmosphere, the music... the first feeling I had when sitting down was that of not being in Civitanova (I'm from Civitanova and live 50 meters away!). The staff is very kind and highly trained, a pleasure to listen to as they explain the various menus, the history and the chosen dishes. Attentive service, punctual but never intrusive. There is a meat and fish menu proposal with highly selected and particular raw materials. They range from themed tastings to individual dishes... They have an excellent selection of wines and thanks to the Coravin system you also have the opportunity to drink super wines by the glass (I had an exceptional Amarone). Also surprising is the caviar menu proposal and the drink list with cocktails inspired by historical figures with lots of history attached. It was a beautiful evening from start to finish. I found the price perfectly adequate for what I drank and ate and the wonderful experience I had. It's not a place for everyone, not because of the price, but because to appreciate such a place, you need to have a certain sensitivity... I really don't understand how anyone can give a negative review to such a beautiful place, where among other things you can perceive the dedication, research and passion of the owner and those who work there. I would also add that they have a beautiful website where you can find menus and concepts and you can book with two clicks... so if you are not up to appreciating something so beautiful, look at the website, don't go there and avoid discrediting those who had the courage to bring something so unique and sensational to a town like Civitanova! My only regret: I didn't go sooner!!! I truly send my heartfelt congratulations to all of you!! You are unique!! BRAVIIIIII

A unique and exclusive experience. Fascinated and intrigued by a location from times gone by, elegant and without equal, we were amazed and convinced by the quality of every detail: from the culinary offer to the preparation of the staff, passing through a truly impressive cellar. We chose the Marche tour Premium tasting menu with pairings of 3 Marche wines suggested by the Sommelier: for each course, the staff unhurriedly and passionately tells the story of the dish and its glass, the origin of the raw materials and very interesting anecdotes. A dinner of this caliber enriches taste and knowledge: honorable mention to the absolutely rich portions despite being contextualized in a tasting (usually less abundant)... you return home with both a satisfied palate and stomach! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

What can I say, a wonderful experience, to think that there is also an underground Civitanova... Fantastic place, right from the entrance it's a whole experience, it looked like a shop window and I discovered a world. As soon as we left it felt like we had lived on another planet. All delicious, food, cocktails, wines, atmosphere and service. Compliments.

Unforgettable and unique experience. The entrance is already full of expectations. Then confirmed by the welcome and attention to every detail. The choice of particular cocktails rich in history is excellent. As well as the tastings. High quality products. I hope to return soon.
