Vitis Vinifera In Sinalunga

My long-time friend, Ilaria, a Milanese architect, is the competent and knowledgeable host of this jewel set in a special place, born 4 years ago. Finally today I managed to keep my promise to come and visit her, with mutual joy. If you pass by here, stop, taste one of the magnificent wines chosen one by one by her, ask her to recommend a pairing, and remember that life is beautiful. The internal cave is not to be missed.

We had lunch here after a ride through Tuscany. Great hospitality, great simple food, and fantastic selection of local wines. Would recommend.
