Great food, great service , we had caponata , tuna tartare , meat , pasta and everything was delicious. The service was efficient and our waiter was very helpful.

Lovely little place with wonderful food and service. The servers spoke great English. Book in advance via WhatsApp. They set up a table for us under a terrace of grape vines. Local wines, fresh pasta, great fried cod. Don’t miss the sorbet or spumoni! Their homemade limoncello was a perfect ending to our lazy late afternoon lunch.

We were there for dinner, excellent quality, great variety and also very attentive to vegan and/or vegetarian options. Note the production and bread in their oven. Courtesy and hospitality worthy of note. Very refined atmosphere.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante ed abbiamo scoperto casualmente un piccolo gioiello della valle d’Itria. Molto accogliente. Abbiamo trovato tutto eccellente dall’antipasto alle caserecce con gamberi datterini gialli e pesto di rucola alla frittura mista di totani al fantistico spumone artigianale con mandorla e uva. Il titolare e chef sa consigliare molto bene e con rilevante competenza. Prezzo adeguato alla qualita’. Da ripetere.

Fresh and quality food. Typical Apulian dishes prepared with skill and passion. Fish and meat always very fresh. Kindness and preparation of the staff. All this makes this restaurant certainly one of the best in the region. Highly recommended.

If you want to eat real Apulian cuisine, this is the best place. Starting from the handmade taralli, the typical land appetizers such as bread, broad bean and chicory meatballs, poor-style courgettes and a large quantity of vegetables which also make it perfect for vegetarians. And then the first and second courses of caught meat and fish. All under a pergola surrounded by vines. Angelo and all the staff are extremely kind and available for every request. My favorite place ever!

We had lunch at Vitemia on our way back from a holiday in Salento and it was a pleasant discovery. Exquisite food and above all almost everything at 0 km. The owner of the restaurant takes care of growing the vegetables that he offers in his dishes both in winter and summer. Even the wheat is brought by him himself to be ground in a mill near the restaurant and, of course, the extra virgin olive oil is also of his own production. Furthermore, all the pasta, bread and taralli are made by the restaurant with the wheat they ground themselves. With top quality ingredients the food is also excellent. The quality/price ratio is good especially considering the high quality of the raw materials used. We recommend the ravioli, fried fish and the citrus sorbet for dessert. Four of us ate our fill spending €158

The evening was simply fantastic. The starters were fresh and creatively prepared, the pasta dishes were authentic and full of flavor, and the fish was cooked to perfection. The ambience is truly unique, with elegant furnishings and mood lighting creating a wonderful atmosphere. The service was excellent – ​​attentive, friendly and professional. Overall, an absolutely recommendable restaurant that impresses in every respect!

The place is beautiful and has a very quiet atmosphere. The food is of excellent quality, many products are homemade such as some types of pasta and desserts. The staff is very competent and courteous. I recommend the first courses and the catch of the day, we tried the salted sea bass, really very good. The fish is all very fresh, but the meat is also an excellent alternative. The waiting times are a bit long (even though we were warned). I recommend the lemon sorbet for dessert because it is fresh and homemade, it is very balanced and dense. Overall we had a very good time. The value for money is good. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet evening eating well and drinking good wine.

Vitemia Ristorante is an excellent restaurant! The fish and seafood dishes are fantastic and always fresh. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Totally recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and service!
