I relied on the reviews and was not disappointed at all! The tartare, the steak, the asparagus rice and the chocolate cake: all super!!! the wine list is truly worthy of recognition. I recommend with my eyes closed!!

I confirm the quality of the raw materials (we ate a very good spaghettone alle vongole, spaghetti al dente, fresh clams), the skill of the chef, the refined and warm environment at the same time, as well as the kindness of the staff who served us, made exception for a lady who, after we had arrived a while, I asked her if she would kindly bring us the menus and she turned against me with an acid and aggressive tone saying "ma'am! Calm down!", adding, to the words and tone , the classic gesture with the hands extended forward to tell someone to calm down. I, with my 8 year old daughter next to me, was frozen by the unreasonable and inexplicable aggressive reaction of the lady in question. I had only asked politely for the menu and I was verbally attacked without even being able to react, to say anything. I was really upset and like me, my daughter. What can I say? Kindness costs nothing, in fact it is a duty, especially at work and especially when carrying out work with the public. Thus ends our holiday in Trentino. Sin. Thank you ma'am. Be well.

Vinzenz Zum Feinen Wein es mi opción - para colocar en Sterzing / Vipiteno. Fui allí por primera vez en 2016 (2 días seguidos) y he estado de vuelta al menos una vez en cada una de mis visitas posteriores a la zona. Solo este año, fui dos veces en marzo, además de mi visita en octubre. La comida es deliciosa y la elección del vino por copa es excelente. El personal está atento y encantado de sugerir y discutir maridaje vino / comida. Volveré - de hecho, planeo mis viajes alrededor de los días que este restaurante / bar de vinos está abierto.
