An excellent culinary experience in Vipiteno! This restaurant offers high quality products, highlighting the authentic flavors of South Tyrol. Each dish is prepared with care and attention, enhancing the local first fruits. Wide range of wines, super refined and well-kept venue. Everything is made even more pleasant by the professionalism and hospitality of the dining room staff, always attentive and courteous. Cena molto particolare non tipica ma di alta qualità. Abbiamo mangiato pesce preparato con eleganza e con gusti particolari ma gustosissimi. Gestori molto disponibili e preparati nel consiglio dei vini

Vinzenz Zum Feinen Wein es mi opción - para colocar en Sterzing / Vipiteno. Fui allí por primera vez en 2016 (2 días seguidos) y he estado de vuelta al menos una vez en cada una de mis visitas posteriores a la zona. Solo este año, fui dos veces en marzo, además de mi visita en octubre. La comida es deliciosa y la elección del vino por copa es excelente. El personal está atento y encantado de sugerir y discutir maridaje vino / comida. Volveré - de hecho, planeo mis viajes alrededor de los días que este restaurante / bar de vinos está abierto.

a really stylish, cozy wine bar that also offers excellent food - always definitely worth a visit, we always enjoy coming back and are always thrilled. the 5-course menu is an absolute recommendation. 10/10

30/11/2024: Ottima pizzeria che consiglio vivamente. Il personale è preparato, accogliente e disponibile, senza mai essere invadente. La pasta della pizza è lievitata benissimo e gli ingredienti utilizzati sono di ottima qualità. Apprezzabile e non scontata la ricercatezza delle combinazioni di sapori nel rispetto della tradizione e del buon senso gastronomico (una rarità di questi tempi, ahinoi!). Prezzi onesti e in media con la zona. Cinque stelle ipermeritate, quindi!

25/12/2024: Wow! Very good cuisine and excellent service. You will really be pampered here. The service staff are very nice and attentive, the quality of the food is very good. We felt very comfortable here. If you are looking for good South Tyrolean cuisine, you have come to the right place. We'd love to come back.
15/12/2024: Even though they were very full and very busy and we didn't have a reservation, they welcomed us and served us with kindness and courtesy. Really beautiful and elegant place, refined menu and really nice and tasty food. Spaghetti with truffle and raw meat EXCEPTIONAL!
