Today we went to Bagheria to visit Villa Palagonia, the villa of monsters and after a pleasant tour we had lunch at VintiReci. The experience was great from the beginning with the owner welcoming us in a friendly and true way. Our lunch started with some raw tuna fish and some stockfish sticks that amazed us with their flavour and ingenuous combination with some fruit and vegetable gravies. The main courses were: - Some gorgeous lemon tagliatelle with potatoes and clams. The lemon could be felt within the clams and both were held tight to the perfectly cooked tagliatelle thanks to the help of some noble potato cream. - Some delicious spaghetti alla carrettiera with prawn tartare: the light zingy taste of the lemon was supported in this case by some crunchy breadcrumbs that adorned the thick, freshly made spaghetti whose al dente cooking degree is actually a testament in our food encounters. - Some amazing potato gnocchi with octopus sauce: the strong fishy taste of the octopus was amplified by the rich tomato sauce and some octopus tentacles happily embraced the gnocchi for the delight of our 8 year old daughter! Flawless taste presented in an elegant way for the perfect Easter!

We went to VintiReci a few days ago. We were welcomed by the owner Massimo, a really kind and helpful person, the place is very nice and welcoming, what struck me a lot were the pizzas, innovative, they had a particular taste, delicious, the dough and the seasoning were of excellent quality I had never tasted such good pizzas, in fact I wanted to meet the pizza chef Ninni, young but very expert, very talented, what can I say, 5 stars are few, we will definitely be back.

Locale individuato tramite il passaparola. L'esperienza si e' rivelata sicuramente superiore alle migliori aspettative. Accoglienza cordiale da parte di uno staff gentilissimo. La pizza era un capolavoro di impasto, materie prime eccellenti ed accostamenti inusuali ma gradevolissimi. Esperienza da ripetere senz'altro.

This evening perfect combination: evening visit to Villa Palagonia and Vintireci with my better half. First time in this place recommended by some friends. Sublime pizza, among the best in Palermo and its province. Fantastic, soft dough, high-class alveolation and noteworthy seasonings/combinations. We will be back soon. Congratulations to the very young pizza chef, the management and all the staff!

First time in this place, with industrial style furnishings. For the rest nothing to say, on the contrary...... Excellent service, professional staff, cleanliness. Faccio questa recensione appena uscito dal locale! Tutto fantastico a partire dall’accoglienza (il personale apriva la porta d’ingresso ed accoglieva ogni singola persona con un caloroso sorriso, cosa purtroppo non scontata ovunque…). Pizza ottima, specialmente quella senza glutine che sembrava identica a quella normale! Ottimo prezzo! Locale fresco e pulitissimo (soprattutto il bagno, anche qui cosa non scontata altrove…) Torneremo sicuramente per gustare altri piatti! Siamo passati per caso e siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti!
