Great food! I visited this place on the occasion of women's day. I thought it was one of those particularly formal places, but no. It represents a good compromise between intimacy and dynamism. We opted for platters and focaccias. Really great flavor! I recommend the focaccias with raw ham, but also and above all mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio. A delicacy! The wine we chose was a Valpolicella - Ripasso... very, very good: red, intense flavour, barely sparkling, decisive, but not strong. Average prices. I recommend yes!

Excellent place to drink a good glass of wine and have an aperitif with typical local cured meats and cheeses. Very friendly attentive staff. Informal environment, youthful atmosphere. If I were to return to Modena, I would definitely return to this place!

Excellent place for an aperitif.. excellent selection of wines, good cold cuts and gnocchini served on cutting boards. Also try the pinsas, excellent! (few variations but spot on). Average account.

Excellent place for drinks and aperitifs, which offers the possibility of accompanying everything with a good quality of cold cuts and an amazing "pinsa". The wine list is good even if the choice for just glasses is a bit limited (obviously a personal opinion because the wines I would have liked to drink were available in whole bottles). Absolutely recommended.

11/05/2025: We were at a wedding reception, very good food, Emilian specialties, very large room and suitable for dancing, very attentive service staff and quick in serving.
20/03/2025: A place that takes you back in time, bar, tobacconist, trattoria. The restaurant manager was very helpful, courteous and fast, the food quality was good for a trattoria, simple and plentiful food, I recommend the fried gnocco. The bill for what was eaten was honestly excessive.

16/04/2025: Sono una cliente storica e tutte le volte è sempre una garanzia andare alla Ciallamina e da Enrica ! Quest'estate ho portato a pranzo i miei amici toscani ed è stata una domenica molto bella ! Eravamo fuori sotto il gazebo nel bellissimo giardinetto che hanno creato ,che dire sul cibo ..la qualità è ottima le porzioni abbondanti, il servizio impeccabile nonostante fosse una giornata caotica e avessero il ristorante pieno ,il personlae sempre con il sorriso e disponibile . È sempre un piacere andare alla Ciallamina oltre che per il buonissimo cibo e per la bellissima location unica nel suo genere anche per Enrica e la sua famiglia che sono degli ottimi padroni di casa !!
