From the moment I entered, I sensed a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling.
The real star, however, was the food: expertly prepared dishes, the freshest ingredients, and presentations that resembled works of art. I tasted the cod in several variations, and every bite told a story of tradition and innovation.
The wine list was excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'll start by saying that I don't eat any type of fish, but I like to experiment. I can only say that at Bacalajuo, cooking is art. I ate five courses and enjoyed them all. I recommend it to everyone, because if I liked it, even though I don't like fish, I think everyone else will love it. I'm happy to have rediscovered some delicious flavors.

If you're a cod lover, this is the perfect place.
The atmosphere is small but very refined, the ingredients are high quality, the dishes are carefully prepared, and above all, the flavors are incredible.
The owner is friendly and helpful, always ready to provide details about the dishes and suggestions for navigating a menu where you'd like to order everything.
The dishes are beautifully presented, and the portions are very generous. I wasn't disappointed; it deserves all five stars.
The wine selection is also very good.
