When it was still in the Quadrilatero, we had already tested the potential of this place. The location has changed (for the better in my opinion) but the quality has remained as high as before. Perfect raw materials and wisdom in preparing them. In the photo: appetizer with fassona steak and peaches, veal with tuna sauce; tajarin cheese and pepper and yuzu; suckling pig with potato foam and friggitelli.
