Everything was truly divine. Attentive and friendly staff, delicious cocktails, exquisite dishes, and wines of all kinds, mostly Sicilian.

Great non-touristy location. We ordered the fried cheese because we weren't very hungry but wanted something interesting. It was a large portion of fried cheese with a very tempting crust and delicious sauce. The Aperol was top notch!

A lovely dinner at wine bar Vino Divino in the Politeama.
We started with Prosecco and a Negroni sblagliato along with a misto fritto (panelle, fried zucchini and cauliflower).
For mains: I had the pasta with clams; she had the busiate with pistachio pesto, eggplant and stracciatella, accompanied by a bottle of a crisp Insolia.
Everything was delicious and the service was good too.

Lunch with the family during a short vacation in Palermo. Very welcoming place. Quality food, plentiful, with an excellent wine selection. Very friendly waiters and a superb chef. Highly recommended.
