Roman, ex-pat, I come home every now and then, I look for the flavors of home. I find Vino&Cucina: True local atmosphere, very rare in the era of mass tourism. I talk to the managers, I eat simple things but made with passion - the real sensation of feeling at home like many years ago. Simply thank you.

This is one of the best places to try typical first Roman dishes. I am extremely picky when it comes to food and believe me when I say: I have not eaten like this for years. The dishes are perfect, a direct consequence of the passion that the staff puts into them. You can really tell the quality of the ingredients. The prices are extremely honest and the staff are super friendly. The only downside is that the location is not easy to reach to and cannot accommodate too many people. I recommend booking in advance. In conclusion, this is one of the best places to go. It is totally worth it.
