Honest review. I don’t write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one. All the dishes are incredibly well balanced and the flavors are unreal. We don’t eat pork, so we weren’t able to have a few of the dishes. We love to eating/dining out and this is in my top 3 restaurants of all time They’re truly being slept on. We’ve been to dozens of Michelin Star restaurants and these guys deserve one immediately. My wife and I went on Wednesday and begged for them to let us come back Thursday night before we left. The music and overall vibe is very chill. We love the bluesy music. Spotify - Enlly Blue channel. The place is very small and romantic, and every last detail was well thought out all the way down to the dinnerware.
- Get the bread service cause you will want to scarpetta EVERY dish. I didn’t really like the anchovy butter but I’m a little bish like that.
- BEEF TORTELLI. I could eat this every day of my life. This dish appears simple but is so incredibly delicious. I could eat 17 of these but I didn’t want to look like an ogre. The little bit of bean purée could stand on its own as a side.
- BRAISED BEEF. Just incredible. So tender, so juicy, and the potato puree is so damn good.
- OX TAIL TERRINE and TUNA BELLY. The ox tail is served off the bone and there was so much of it. Best ox tail I’ve ever had, hands down.
- MARINATED ARTICHOKE and AMBERJACK. The artichoke is so tender and and the amberjack is absolutely delicious
- LINGUINE. The sauce is amazing and the shrimp are cooked perfectly with more of meaty texture like crawfish. Amazing.
- POTATO and COD BUTTONS, PEPPER, SHEEP'S MILK. The sauce is something I can’t even explain. So good. The sheep’s milk adds a nice creaminess to the dish. Very well balanced.
- PANNA COTTA. Perfection. The passion fruit sauce and drunken fruit is absolutely Devine.
- TIRAMISU. We weren’t big fans of this one, but the little bit of crunchiness left on the lady fingers was nice. Maybe the panna cotta is so good that nothing else compares.
- CHICKEN with CEDAR and CABBAGE. We didn’t order this but it looked so damn good.
The team here is very sweet and helpful. They really pull the whole experience together. We can’t wait to get back here.

The cuisine is more sophisticated than most of the surrounding restaurants, and the atmosphere is cosmopolitan. We weren't entirely convinced by the execution of some dishes (the carbonara was cold, the panna cotta very hard), but others (like the suckling pig) were delicious.

A highly recommended place! Not only for its aesthetic appeal, but also for the culinary artistry they cultivate there. We ordered homemade bread to start, and it was so fluffy and perfectly complemented by homemade tomato butter and mortadella mousse. Next, we had a pumpkin risotto and tortellini filled with meat. Amazing! We finished the meal with an original tiramisu (they pour the coffee right on top) and a deconstructed cheesecake. The service was very attentive, the atmosphere very welcoming—a perfect 10!

I did the 5 course chefs choice tasting menu and he didn’t disappoint with a single dish. Was all so good. And the carbonara… best I’ve had.

Probably the best meal we had in Trastevere! Unlike many other restaurants in the area, they didn't focus on tourist "specialties", Cecilia steps outside the box to deliver a quality dining experience.

This was the best restaurant experience we had while in Rome. The interior is beautiful. The food was exceptional! The artichoke in particular was amazing as well as the beef tortellini. The staff is very friendly and helped us pick an excellent wine. I would recommend everyone to eat here.
