WE AVOIDED THE CLASSIC TOURIST-TRAP RESTAURANTS AND OPTED FOR A WINE TASTING ACCOMPANIED BY GOOD FISH-BASED TASTINGS IN THIS CELLAR BEAUTIFULLY MANAGED BY SIGN. ROSARIO AND FAMILY.THE OWNERS WERE VERY KIND, THEY WERE WITH US THE WHOLE EVENING AND EXPLAINED ALL THE VARIETIES OF WINES AND DISHES, YOU CAN SEE THEY DO THIS WORK WITH LOVE....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We spend 10 days in Sicily and this family was by far the friendliest! They make gorgeous wines and the mother knows how to cook... Delicious local food. This is a must visit if you're in the area.

Eccezionale esperienza in questa cantina con degustazione di 5 vini diversi di loro produzione, uno più buono dell'altro. Accompagnati con menù di mare e altri prodotti del loro orto. Esperienza sublime, proprietari gentilissimi e simpaticissimi, spiegano tutto. Ci hanno tenuto compagnia tutta la serata, tutto ottimo. sopratutto il cannolo alla fine. Posto tranquillo, simpatica la compagnia dei 2 cani. Consiglio vivamente. Bisogna prenotare il giorno prima. Torneremo per gustare il menù proposta del contadino! grazie di tutto!

We booked to have an aperitif with tasting of 3 home-produced wines. Corrado and his mother welcomed us, very kind and friendly. They served us very good local products accompanied by white and red wines. We had a very good time outdoors, under a porch, at sunset.

La famiglia Sultana ti fa sembrare a casa servendoti piatti semplici ma del territorio accompagnati dai loro vini che rispecchiano le loro tradizioni ma al tempo la voglia di sperimentare …buona il rapporto qualità/prezzo ..ottima accoglienza….da provare 👍

30/05/2025: There were two of us, we didn't have a full dinner, but what we had was excellent: the meats and vegetables but above all the amazing hazelnut-based dessert, with a small and excellent variation of an ancient Ragusa recipe. Traditional cuisine with the choice of sourcing from local producers. Excellent idea to indicate the list of suppliers on the menu. Good wine by the glass. Pleasant, professional and hospitable service, simple but pleasant place, with attention to some details. More than adequate wine cellar. InA place to keep in mind. It costs about 35-40 depending on the dishes and wines and that's all there. Location on the beautiful central square of Rosolini and this is also a pleasure.
