After several hours of walking we randomly chose a restaurant open at 3 p.m. and it was a good surprise (no tourist trap). Served quickly, no bad smells despite the street in front of the bridge, white and chianti wines perfect. Lasagna accompanied by a bottle of homemade olive oil (restaurant label above). Bkn reception, servers not rushing. toilets could be better, music not too lood (acceptable) Overall, pleasant experience in Florence with a view near the ponte. Thanks!

The service and atmosphere were perfect. I really liked the tranquility and silence with low music. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. He spoke Spanish.
The food…..the burrata was dry. And, the saddest thing because we are in Italy, the pizza dough was not delicious. The most I like about pizza is its dough. And no, even in Madrid we ate pizza
richer.
Let's go find a better pizza.

All in all we ate well:
1 portion of baked potatoes and Florentine steak + a bottle of water €120.... The problem? : The bathroom is full of mold and I recommend redoing it as the location of the room is excellent but the bathroom is a very big flaw and I'm very sorry, waiters and service very good

Osteria storica Fiorentina. Una piccola Buca con pochi coperti, personale attento e cortese e giovane. Ottima cantina e ampia scelta di vini al calice. Prodotti locali e di stagione cucinati alla perfezione. Ottimi i carciofi fritti, i fagiolini con la bottarga, l’insalata Carciofi rucola e Grana. Buonissima la pasta con i fiori di zucca ma anche quella su carciofi, ottima anche la millefoglie con gelato. Prezzo corretto.

3rd generation ownership. Grandad showed up during dinner. Atmosphere electric. Lines forming on the street to get in. Casual and lots of fun. We made 10 new friends in two hours. Highly recommended.
