Vini e Sapuri In Bologna

Everything was perfect. The pasta was excellent, although that's something you take for granted in Italy. The wine and dessert were the same. The quantity was more than sufficient, and the price was among the best in the area. But without a doubt the best of all was Melisa's service. Polite, attentive, prudent, pleasant, and efficient. And her recommendations were impeccable. Either we have the same palate, or she perfectly knows the best they have (or has supernatural powers, who knows). Totally recommended.

If you want to spend a pleasant evening, fresh food cooked with love you have to come to this place! ! Attentive and friendly staff! Joyful atmosphere

The cold cuts on the platter were not fresh

The drinks in general are excellent, they are watery or without alcohol elsewhere 🤣! They are nice and full, the food is excellent: arancini, lasagna, the generous burgers and the waitresses are kind but also the customers who treat them with respect I recommend it!!! The prices for me are excellent, balanced. I also recommend the desserts, they melt in your mouth.

Good evening, I wanted to thank you for the incredible culinary experience I had at your restaurant. The stuffed squid with purple cabbage cream and cherry tomato was simply amazing! A unique explosion of flavors that conquered my palate. Congratulations to the chef for creating such a refined and balanced dish. I will definitely be back soon to taste your delights again! A parte la location tutta particolare nel pieno centro di Bologna (il Mercato delle Erbe è una bellissima unione di chi vende alimentari di grande qualità a fianco di locali in cui puoi gustare tanti tipi di cucine differenti), Vini & Sapuri è un angolo in cui puoi mangiare le buonissime cose di quella meravigliosa regione che è la Sicilia (ma non solo). Prezzi giusti e qualità straordinaria uniti a grande gentilezza ti fanno sentire vicina la cucina di questa lontana regione. Il menu offre poi tante cose e l’unico suggerimento che mi permetto di dare è quello di farvi consigliare perché potrete scoprire piatti buonissimi.

Apart from the very particular location in the center of Bologna (the Mercato delle Erbe is a beautiful union of those who sell high quality food alongside places where you can taste many types of different cuisines), Vini & Sapuri is a corner where you can eat the delicious things of that wonderful region that is Sicily (but not only). Fair prices and extraordinary quality combined with great kindness make the cuisine of this distant region feel close to you. The menu (in which fish is the giant) offers many things and the only suggestion I would like to give is to get advice because you will be able to discover delicious dishes.

Conosco il locale da 20 anni , quando era solon vendita prodotti regionali , dopo la riqualificazione del Mercato delle Erbe e dei relativi locali ,che sono diventati anche ristorazione , non ci ero mai andato a mangiare da Vini e Sapuri di un mio caro amico Vito. A parte l'amicizia , devo ammettere che mangiare da lui è stato appagante ,con sapori e piatti che mi hanno fatto saziare nei sapori e nelle quantità . Consiglio di prenotare e affidarvi a Vito ,sicuramente non rimarrete delusi . Ci tornerò sicuramente perchè ho curiosità di assaggare altri patti .Bravo Vito .
