Vini e Sapuri In Bologna

My family and I stopped by Bologna on drive south and water to try the classic tagliatelle al ragu or tagliatelle bolognese. We stumbled on this place and ordered the tagliatelle al ragu, tagliolino nero con le sarde (tagliolino with squid ink and sardines) as well as lasagne al ragu. All three dishes were excellent and I'm glad we stopped by this place.

The food was super delicious , bread is fantastic ! Wine is perfect !

Tortellini - surprisingly AWESOME. Service - depends if you look like you have money.. Our waitress (Sofia) didn't care too much for us at all. Atmosphere - pleasant but LOUD due to surrounding environments and acoustics of building.

What a great "chance hit." Super delicious food, perfectly mixed Aperol. A charming atmosphere right next to the food market. You should definitely stop here if you're in Bologna.

It's not exactly the ideal place for lunch. The menu is appealing, but the preparation is, to put it mildly, flawed. We ordered an octopus salad; the vegetables arrived as they were, raw. It's original, but the intention must have been to save on labor and gas. Anyway, we ate. Next, a lasagna, which was only lasagna in name and appearance. Well, here, things aren't always as they seem. Another dish, the pasta of the day, with a bit too much heat, not to call it "burning." We also ordered dessert, and I clearly saw them pull out some marzipan "cheese" filled with mascarpone from an industrial box, terribly mediocre. The bill, over 40 euros for two people, to be eaten on paper plates—yes, on paper plates—is outrageous.

Super good, from food to wine, service friendly, market atmosphere. I would definitelly come back.

The pasta we tried was delicious. The relaxed atmosphere was right next to the food market. A great choice!

Only had coffee and tiramisu but the vibes and service were great even the waitress cracked a joke

Nuestra primera comida en Bolonia fue en Vini e Sapuri. ¡Qué manera tan FABULOSA de comenzar nuestra visita! De hecho, la comida era tan buena y el servicio tan amable y atento, que volvimos dos días después y tuvimos otra gran experiencia. Este restaurante está ahora en nuestra corta lista de lugares que siempre estaremos seguros de visitar cuando estemos en Bolonia. Y ya se lo hemos recomendado a otros y mandado gente allí (¡que también tuvo excelentes comidas! ) En nuestras dos visitas, tuvimos un gran servidor llamado Chiara.
