Vini e Buffet In Roma

This place is the real Roman deal. Our food critic house owner recommended this as a great option in the city center area. We had pastas, soup and salad off the day. The food was delicious and the owner was so friendly.

Excellent. Home cooked food at a very fair price. Superb lunch stop.

I have eaten here twice since arriving in Rome. They have great salads which are not that easy to find here! Open for lunch only.

Amo Vini e Buffet, perché? Oltre alla qualità ( sono malata per le insalate e la croccantezza della lattuga deve essere un must!), adoro come mi fa sentire quando mi siedo anche da sola o con delle amiche per prendere un mix di bruschette, con un insalata mediterranea. Per chi sta sempre a dieta come me o comunque ha bisogno di cibo sano, è il ristorante in centro dopo lo shopping a pranzo . Vegetariani e vegani ve lo consiglio. Do con gioia 20 euro persono felice per ripartire con la mia giornata.

May 2024. 1pm, I find myself in Via del Corso, ravenous, under a burning sun, I'm hungry. Around the branches of hell they offer junk food at reckless prices. I am unworthy, I want to eat. I'm Italian and I want to eat well. I don't fall for these tourist showcases. I decide to make the old move: exit the main street. I entered the alleys of the center and found this lovely place, I sat down without pretensions. Marco welcomes me, a very nice waiter who, with his affable smile, accompanies me in what was my little idyll. He is a big fan of salads, how could you not be fascinated by his stories. I then order a crispy one, followed by a scamorza with salmon. SUBLIME. He accompanies me in this corner of urban paradise of the excellent Ribolla Gialla. I laugh, I joke, I play. I am fine! Today a melancholic streak comes over me and looking back at the photos of my stay in Rome I found a shot of the outside of this place. A smile breaks my face. What can I say other than thank you!
