Perfect wine, perfect atmosphere

Cool spot with an excellent selection of natural and biodynamic wines from all over. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Nine of us stopped here for an aperitif/dinner that lasted until 11 PM. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We shared hummus and crostoni, the one with anchovies was really good. I preferred the wines to the spritz. Definitely a place that makes you feel at home.

Two friends and I stumbled upon Vineria Sonora in Florence almost by chance. We ordered a bottle of Sincero, a Chardonnay-based blend (with a small percentage of another grape I don't recall), truly well-made: fresh, balanced, full of character, and perfectly in line with the instructions we'd given the bartender. Then we moved on to the cocktails: gin and tonic and Americano. I ordered the Americano, made with refined ingredients and a bold, clean flavor, crafted with care and without compromise. The wine selection is extensive and carefully curated, with labels that are never banal but still accessible. The spirits are also carefully selected, and the prices seemed more than fair for the quality offered. The service is informal yet knowledgeable, with young, friendly, and cheerful staff: you can sense a genuine passion for what they offer and a desire to share. In short, a sincere, welcoming, and characterful place in the heart of Florence where I would gladly return.

The wine we tried was very special, more on the natural wine side nothing like the wines you get at wine tastings around Tuscany, therefore if you don’t like experimenting I wouldn’t recommend otherwise give it a try and see for yourself.
