I had lunch with friends in this restaurant which offers typical Piedmontese dishes. I really liked the fassona tartare and the ravioli del plin were also delicious.

Starting from Barolo, we walked among the vineyards following a circular itinerary that passed through Novello. We stopped at this restaurant by chance. We had a fassona cheeseburger with vegetables and an excellent glass of Barolo. Personally I was very satisfied with everything, from the cuisine to the service. Pleasant environment and normal prices.

We went as a couple to this panoramic place for lunch. We chose 3 starters: good and tender snails, the roasted pepper rolls filled with Russian salad (garnished with salad and pink pepper) were disappointing because the combination of flavors did not go well and the dish was seasoned with salt and oil, veal tuna sauce the meat is good but more suitable for roast beef as it is too raw at the centre, anonymous tuna sauce based on mayonnaise and little tuna. First courses: lasagna with good sausage sauce, small portion gnocchi with gorgonzola and radicchio... What can I say.... presented with a splash of raw radicchio from a supermarket bag, cheese sauce where the gorgonzola couldn't be felt or seen... just a dish made and served without love . Dessert: a portion of tenderine-type chocolate cake, with chopped hazelnut, pistachio... now omnipresent, but still very pleasant . Mediocre glass of Nebbiolo wine, not poured at the table. no coffee I bill 45 euros each.
