At Bigoncia dalla Sara, you'll find excellent cured meats (some very refined), absolutely fantastic first courses, and a wide array of delicacies from seafood to mountain cuisine, including local produce. Being a Slow Food Presidium is the icing on the cake! The wine selection is top-notch! You'll find the perfect wine to pair with your dish with the guidance of the owner, who is also a sommelier, an excellent cook, and a wonderful hostess. Not to be missed!!! Excellent food and wine...all very local and prepared to order. Great choice, loved the Black Angus and buratto cheese. Great atmosphere for slow dining. Highly recommended.
