A place that offers both a simple coffee and an aperitif with self-service. We opted for table service. The place is always crowded, so I recommend booking a few days in advance. They also have outdoor tables

Sono capitato al Vinegar di lunedì sera. Ho trovato un locale molto curato e Vivo, con prodotti di qualità e piatti ricchi. Ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. Ho mangiato una bistecchiera di tonno con contorno più dolcino molto buona. Servizio rapido. Ottimo dopo una giornata di lavoro.

Una gran bella mangiata. Tutto buonissimo, abbiamo gustato delle gustosissime pizze dopo un antipasto toscano. Servizio rapidissimo e attento al cliente. Dolci della casa molto buoni. Pensavamo di aspettare tantissimo e invece abbiamo mangiato in poco più di mezz’ora ed il locale era pieno! Consigliato.

30/04/2025: Many people try to make a lampredotto sandwich but few succeed... and this is the right place! In addition to knowing how to season the lampredotto here it is put in the right bread... I haven't been there for years but it's always worth it!

Diadema Wine Bar & Restaurant

07/04/2025: Wine tasting was very informed and the dinner was fabulous.
13/01/2025: We went on a tour from Florence that brought us to this lovely restaurant. They brought us several dishes and wine. Afterward, we were lead to a gorgeous spot overlooking a vineyard. We were able to sample various types of wine and oil and were able to make purchases to be sent home. It was expensive but a really nice way to get have an edible souvenir and gifts that we wouldn’t have to carry with us for the rest of the trip. Delicious place we hope to return to!
