Vincotto Salumi & Cucina In Bari

It's not a "delicatessen" it's a boutique selling cured meats and cheeses, I took a simple sandwich but it was a harmony of flavours, the ham literally melted in your mouth, Clean environment, suitable for families and those who want to have a quiet chat sipping a glass of wine.

The owner of the restaurant is a wonderful man, a real restaurateur and a host with a big heart. The food is delicious - try local cheeses and hams, and wine. Pasta with traditional recipes. We ate here the freshest tiramisu made in front of our eyes. Thomas is a wonderful man! We wholeheartedly recommend this place. A must visit when visiting Bari.

A pleasant surprise. We stopped by chance before going to the stadium. We ate excellent raw ham with buffalo mozzarella and exceptional Genoese pasta. Compliments to the chef and to Mirko who illustrates the products he offers with passion and competence (he recommended an excellent Susumaniello to accompany the meal). Highly recommended

Small place inside with more covered seats outside. Excellent and fast service. Never seen such a passionate description of the dishes, which already makes your mouth water just by hearing them. The menu is varied. We tried some gorgonzola pralines with excellent hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds. Never eaten cured meat sushi anywhere. A cut of cured meats and cheeses where you really feel the taste, various types of pecorino, a truffled mortadella to try because for example my partner who doesn't like truffles because he usually stews them, was pleasantly surprised as there wasn't too much flavor left of the truffle in the mouth, it was the right one, but everything was very right. Then a focacciotta which is not only delicious but also huge. Even the homemade desserts and liqueurs taste and smell good. What can I say, it was a fantastic discovery and experience. We will definitely be back

Excellent experience. The place is not large but there is a family atmosphere. The quality is good and the service efficient.

Pleasantly surprised, now accustomed to a truly flat quality of food, as a vincotto I instead tasted the best buffalo mozzarella ever and a super porchetta. The staff is prepared, kind and friendly. I recommend stopping by them, you won't regret it
