Relaxing place, lively atmosphere and kind and competent staff that puts you in a good mood. Excellent selection of beers and great quality in the kitchen, simple but expertly made dishes. Do you want to avoid tourist traps, eat in a traditional place and surrounded by locals? Do you want to have lunch, fill yourself up and wake up with your wallet still full? The Vincent bar is the place for you.

A great place to come and relax, beneath the trees and in the cool after a walk through the gardenia. The beer/wine is cheap and the food good - ideal for a single plate if eating 2 meals a day.

I highly recommend. It's the equivalent of a neighborhood bistro. Simple but quality. Don't be fooled by the price I quoted, we went overboard on the drinks. Very good value for money for Venice. We went there the first time for a drink and we said to ourselves that we would come back for lunch. Cool, green lunch at a reasonable price for Venice. It's the anti-tourist trap. I deducted 1 point for the service because we asked several people for IPAs and we saw lagers arrive. There are certainly worse things in life. Incidentally, there is a play park not far away for children.

04/08/2025: Ci siamo venuti a mangiare per una serata diversa dal solito. Appena arrivati il cameriere è stato gentile e paziente. I Club sandwich che abbiamo ordinato erano molto buoni. Porzioni abbondanti. Personale gentile. Ci torneremo!!!!

06/08/2025: This restaurant is a real treat for someone with celiac disease. I had fried fish mix for the first time in five years. Special gluten-free dough, gluten-free frying, and prepared with extra care. The staff knows their stuff, and they have a special gluten-free menu. These people and their service made my day!
06/08/2025: Viva In Riva Bistrò – Mixed Experiences We visited Viva In Riva Bistrò with a larger group and were happy to spontaneously get a table for seven people – a positive start! For dinner, we had gnocchi with ragù, lasagna, and fish and chips. The ragù was very flavorful, and the fish and chips were solid. The lasagna, on the other hand, was a bit disappointing, lacking consistency and structure. The service was okay overall, but could have exuded a bit more Italian warmth and joie de vivre. The bread and butter unfortunately seemed dry, probably because it wasn't freshly sliced. On the downside, we had to wait about 40 minutes for our food. That's a bit long during off-peak times when your stomach is rumbling.
