We stopped for a short break in this enchanting place nestled in the gardens of the biennial. Clean and affordable prices, recommended if you want to rest or if you want to spend an afternoon chatting.

Excellent stop for lunch. The service was especially good. Felt very welcome amongst the locals. Nice spot to watch the world go by next to the park with the water in the distance.

The cod and sopressa sandwich is innovative.

Nice, less frequented area of Venice. Actual trees!

A piece of authenticity in Venice - a real bar, with al banco espresso and delicious pistachio brioche in the morning, a Macciatone and the pannini are also recommended. Service attentive - what more could you want when you start the day... or get a Spritz Select in the afternoon for the small euro. Mille Grazie.

Next to the Venice football field, a simple, old-fashioned bar with Spanish music. I only had a couple of coffees, but they were very good.

nice little bar in SantElena. I found the food very tasty. Rooms are a bit run down, but a cheerful waiter. It's nice to sit outside in the green. Inside, as I said, a bit old and also quite cold (the door is always open, even in autumn). many locals. but pretty fair prices.
