I have been to this restaurant several times and it is absolutely my favorite place. All the dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail and are incredible, so good. Excellent service. Absolutely recommended.

Sono un amante di tutte le cucine regionali italiane,soprattutto quella emiliana-romagnola e Piemontese, e quando passo da questa regione non manca mai di assaporare piatti della tradizione. Scegliamo con i miei cugini di fermarci qui, già provato da loro in passato ma prima volta per me. Locale elegante e accogliente, personale gentile e soprattutto qualificato. Ci viene offerto un ottimo Amous Bouche di benvenuto, buono e sfizioso Bella idea di trasformare il classico vitello tonnato in una rivisitazione in chiave moderna. Menzione speciale per gli agnolotti del plin al sugo di arrosto Complimenti

Magnificent experience, we felt pampered throughout the dinner. Special dishes, well thought out and excellent. The service was also excellent and with many small touches made the evening truly special. Advised!

The restaurant is very nice and welcoming with a service that accompanies you through the flavours. The entrée and pre-dessert were definitely appreciated. The dishes are elegantly presented and appetizing with some excellent combinations such as hazelnut tagliatelle. Nor does it deny the boar al civet and the capunet. Unfortunately some potions are a bit pricey even in relation to the high prices

Discovered by chance, we really appreciated the culinary offering, aesthetically pleasing and balanced in taste. Clear prices and in line with the quality of the raw materials and preparations. The service was also excellent and the last positive note was the impeccable toilets. True quality can be seen in the attention to detail. To be recommended

Cena di Natale aziendale. Un menu improntato alla tradizione piemontese, con il giusto grado di rivisitazione e “alleggerimento”. Tutto buonissimo. Molto buono l’uovo poche con tartufo e una vellutata leggerissima. Letteralmente eccezionali i ravioli e la guancia brasata, dalla consistenza perfetta. Ottima scelta di vini.

Al Vin Bistrot si è sempre coccolati. Ottima la cucina che delizia i palati con gusti ricercati e materie prime d'eccellenza. Carta dei vini con una scelta ampia, ma soprattutto un encomio al personale in quanto sulla scelta dei vini ha una preparazione attenta ed esperienziale.

24/05/2025: I'm celebrating my 60th birthday with my sweetheart with a tour of Piedmont. Unfortunately, this restaurant was the most disappointing among the "high-quality" ones. The entrance is rather gritty and spooky. The ambiance is bland and unremarkable in any way. The welcome was not really that great. The waiter was disinterested, rude, and seemed overwhelmed. For the food: we had the "Water" menu, which is fish. The first course was a bitter lemonade foam on peanut butter. The first course was octopus strips on pomegranate ice cream with mint and onion. Quite interesting and creative. The second course was tagliatelle with octopus slices in a verjus sauce, garnished with two bites of raw and very delicious fish. Unfortunately, the pasta tasted very much like Barilla. They also seemed to have been waiting somewhere for a long time for the sauce. Unfortunately, not a particularly successful pasta dish for Italy. ``` The main course was a slice of fish fried on a hot stone and served on the same stone. A good idea in itself, but then the fish was served on a small 10 x 10 cm plate, which kept slipping off while eating. This was accompanied by a second small plate with a bit of mashed potato that was already cold and a 2 cm long piece of fried spring onion. And unfortunately, the fish was dry. Then there was an item on the bill that we hadn't ordered and, of course, hadn't eaten. The bill was then corrected without a word of apology. The champagne was delicious, but it wasn't their fault.
18/05/2025: A great and beautiful surprise, the best food in Ivrea in a beautiful setting and with a kind and professional service. The chef is very good

Plin & Tajarin

30/05/2025: "Small" Turin wonder. Delicious traditional cuisine in a restaurant with an alternative and unique atmosphere with a handful of seats. In addition to plin and tajarin, they bring artisanal savoury compounds as an appetizer and as a pre-dessert, and then curious and tasty desserts. The pasta is delicious, as are the condiments. The wine, not in bottles, is brought in a small bottle instead of the usual carafe The desserts here are also traditional with reinterpretations. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are excellent if compared to the quality and quantity of the food. 10/10! (I also point out the presence of Vegan plin!)
27/05/2025: One of the best restaurants in all of Turin! I've been there several times and it's always a guarantee! Delicious food all hand-made by them...and you can taste it! Truly unbeatable price/performance! Not to mention the sweetness they always reserve for the service! You can see that there is love and passion!
