The restaurant is very nice and welcoming with a service that accompanies you through the flavours. The entrée and pre-dessert were definitely appreciated. The dishes are elegantly presented and appetizing with some excellent combinations such as hazelnut tagliatelle. Nor does it deny the boar al civet and the capunet. Unfortunately some potions are a bit pricey even in relation to the high prices

Discovered by chance, we really appreciated the culinary offering, aesthetically pleasing and balanced in taste. Clear prices and in line with the quality of the raw materials and preparations. The service was also excellent and the last positive note was the impeccable toilets. True quality can be seen in the attention to detail. To be recommended

I must say that it was a wonderful culinary experience... We opted for the tasting menu... I often do it to better understand the chef's cuisine and imagination. I did very well...Each course was something unique...original and delicious. The basis is certainly typical Piedmontese cuisine but revisited and modernised. You could feel love and passion in every course... maybe even a bit of madness which made the dinner unforgettable... The service was impeccable... the location was very nice but I would have dimmed the lights... I would have added candles on the tables... not it would be bad to freshen up the walls..I found them a little dirty..For the rest, nothing to say...Congratulations..Highly recommended!

Al Vin Bistrot si è sempre coccolati. Ottima la cucina che delizia i palati con gusti ricercati e materie prime d'eccellenza. Carta dei vini con una scelta ampia, ma soprattutto un encomio al personale in quanto sulla scelta dei vini ha una preparazione attenta ed esperienziale.

17/02/2025: Buoni gli antipasti (flan e baccalà) e la carbonara. Discreti gli gnocchi, mentre il finto bollito non ha colpito. Buoni i dolci, carta dei vini migliorabile. Servizio cortese e con il sorriso. Ambiente accogliente ma i tavoli erano veramente piccoli (considerando che non c’era il pienone avrebbero potuto attaccarne due facendoci stare più comodi).
26/01/2025: We’ve been there with my boyfriend 22 December 2024. The place was amazing.The best waitperson ( his name was Pantaleo I think) showed us our table because we had a reservation. He sat next to us and we felt like home as he explained the menu. Everything was perfect, the food was very tasty with good ingredients and for a fair price.We absolutely recommend!
