I must say that it was a wonderful culinary experience... We opted for the tasting menu... I often do it to better understand the chef's cuisine and imagination. I did very well...Each course was something unique...original and delicious. The basis is certainly typical Piedmontese cuisine but revisited and modernised. You could feel love and passion in every course... maybe even a bit of madness which made the dinner unforgettable... The service was impeccable... the location was very nice but I would have dimmed the lights... I would have added candles on the tables... not it would be bad to freshen up the walls..I found them a little dirty..For the rest, nothing to say...Congratulations..Highly recommended!

Sublime dinner, special dishes, with attention to detail in both display and service. The lady who served us was knowledgeable about wines and very attentive in her service.

Had a lunch where I had some very good homemade tagliolini with mushrooms accompanied by a glass of good Nebbiolo but it wasn't worth 12 euros! I recommend the place but a little expensive for what it offers.

We were welcomed by the staff with extreme friendliness and professionalism. The chef offered us some delicious welcome amuse-bouche to prepare us for the delicacies we ordered. All ingredients are top quality. We had a pleasant evening, we will return to try the other dishes on the menu.

We were satisfied! If you want to eat and taste quality food, Vin bistrot is the right restaurant. If you want trucker portions and low quality then this is not for you. Good wine list (unfortunately some were missing). Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Excellent cleanliness. We will definitely return. Thank you

17/08/2024: Very good typical Piedmontese restaurant! There were a few vegetarian options, despite the very meat-oriented cuisine (in Piedmont this is normal!). The staff was great, the wine too. Nothing to complain about, great!
30/07/2024: Excellent environments, friendliness and kindness from the owners and staff. Excellent food. Fresh pasta specialities. It's always a real pleasure to come back.

21/11/2024: I come from Emilia and my expectations were high. Advise! Really good piadina!!
11/10/2024: Excellent piadineria, in a nice black and white cinema themed place (hence the name of the place). Wide choice of wraps with quality ingredients, beers and cocktails. Excellent service from the friendly and competent owners. Open for lunch and on special occasions for theme evenings.
