Lovely place. The service was impeccable, as were the dishes. We took the experience menu and everything was excellent. We will definitely be back!

A pleasant experience of Piedmontese cuisine, slightly revisited, in the Moncalieri market area. We went for dinner on Saturday and I can tell you that: 1) RESTAURANT is small, with few seats but very refined and well furnished in a contemporary style (with some 'insutrial' details) which conveyed elegance and intimacy to me; 2) FOOD, being a somewhat personalized cuisine, I decided to try some of the dishes offered. To start, a nice welcome from the chef with 3 tastings on different levels of taste (the last one was good with that crumb of pepper and tuna sauce in the centre). As a very good first course, the agnolotti stuffed with roast sauce, as soon as you bit into them all their flavor 'exploded' in your mouth and I must say that I was very impressed! The tajarin were also good even if the cheese foam that was supposed to accompany the pasta didn't hold up (a shame 😞). Best dish? Cheek! Absolutely the best thing, it melted in your mouth and the reduction tied everything together well. The flan trio was less flashy (which perhaps I would have put as an appetizer rather than a second course), but the provola one was good. Good desserts and above all the sweet ending offered by the chef was nice (unfortunately there is no photo because they were very good and we finished them immediately 😅). 3) Exemplary SERVICE from the waitress who served us, you can see that she reflects well the work behind it and was very helpful in choosing some accompanying wines, well done! 4) IN my opinion very fair bill counting 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, 3 glasses and the two tastings (at the beginning and at the end) from the chef... I think it is correct for a dinner for two people. Will we go back? Safe! Very recommended 💯💪🏻

Ci siamo fermati prima del teatro ed è stata una sorpresa. La qualità del cibo e la cura del cliente sono di alto livello. I prezzi sono contenuti rispetto alla qualità. Ho preso la selezione di formaggi. I miei commensali hanno preso primi e antipasti, tutti ottimi. Tornerò sicuramente, lo consiglio.

Very good food well presented, clean place, welcoming and friendly staff who are never intrusive, costs for high quality dishes are a little excessive in my humble personal opinion. Small constructive suggestion from an entrepreneur: pay more attention to loyalty and to children who, if they receive even a simple sweet or a free toy, will only be appreciated by their parents

Really excellent dinner, friendly and welcoming staff. I don't give 5 stars just for the size of the portions, but we will definitely be back!

Fabulous restaurant! I've been there several times before and it never misses a beat. The food is spectacular, the combinations are sometimes risky, but always successful. The service is excellent, the waiters explain the dishes to the smallest detail and make you feel welcomed. Duck breast is the best thing I've ever eaten!

We had an appetizer, a first course and a second course each and I must say that they were really good. It is located in a remote area of ​​Moncalieri, but the interior of the place is not bad. The price is a bit expensive for what you get, it should be lowered.
