15/02/2025: Guys, my review will be long, but… it’s the best place for sure in Italy where you can eat steak and get family atmosphere… me and my husband were here around 2 weeks ago, and since then we moved around Italy, visited lakes, Milano, Genoa, and now we’re in Florence trying „Florentina steak” but guys, the REAL Florentina steak is here, in Al Timon, we’re missing it so much!! And service also.. guys you’re the best!! We recall you all this time and saying like „how cool was it”, the atmosphere is the best!!
And finally.. when you get this steak. We’ve tried it many times in different countries, but HERE.. it’s juicy, enough rare but still cooked well so you feel comfortable about it, guys i mean it’s 2 weeks since we leaved Venice but still! we’re recalling it every time we eat meat!! Valentina and other, if you’re reading it, Me and Dima are so greatful to you for this experience. Missing you a lot ❤️
15/02/2025: This is definitely the best steak I've had in Italy, but it may be the best steak of my life. We are Americans living in Sicily. We came to Venice for the weekend and our host recommended Al Timon. We skipped lunch and were hoping to get an early dinner. The place opens at 4, unfortunately their kitchen doesn't open until 5:30. We ordered the tomahawk steak for two and it was totally worth the wait. It was a perfect medium rare and seasoned perfectly. Italians don't seem to like much salt, but these guys get it. The other stuff on the slab of wood was good too. This huge slab of perfectly cooked goodness came to €86. It was worth every euro.
