Villa Widman Rezzonico Foscari, owned by the Province of Venice since 1984, is a beautiful villa with an adjoining monumental park of over 16,000 square meters, featuring lush greenery, statues from various eras and origins, and a small pond. Inside, the building is furnished with period furniture, Murano glass chandeliers, and brocade curtains. It centers on a central hall, which rises two stories high with a charming gallery. It is completely frescoed in light colors that lend a luminous atmosphere. The ceiling depicts the glorification of the Widman family, depicted with characters and symbols from Greek mythology. It is definitely worth visiting, perhaps accompanied by a guide who can best explain the building's history.
