In Fiumicino for work with a colleague on the first night, I made a comment about a dish. The waiter said, "Let me advise you, let me do my job..." And so be it... we've had dinner there on previous nights, everything was always FABULOUS, WELCOMING, THEY DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE. Fresh dishes, well-cooked and beautifully presented. THE STAFF, THE BEST ON THE MARKET, ALWAYS WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. I'm leaving today but I'll be back. I miss you already... as for you, traveler, stop and eat here and you'll be sure to find a good one. WELL DONE GUYS, CONGRATULATIONS.

It's hard to say where to start, from the exquisite food (today I ate some sensational fettuccine with shrimp and stracciatella), very friendly and competent staff, location in front of the sea, my family and friends find Villa San Giorgio a fixed stop, in Fiumicino we don't go to eat anywhere else, every time we come here and we will continue to come here, 10/10 on everything. Highly recommended to everyone!!!

Tutto fantastico, dagli antipasti (misto san giorgio, fritto misto, cozze e vongole) ai primi con spaghetto alle vongole e spigola in crosta di patate devo dire pazzesca. Grande Gerry per la simpatia e il servizio. Torneremo sicuramente!

Bel posto e piatti abbondanti oltre che buoni. Attesa non c'è anche se è pieno. Poi di fronte ad un bar dove si può prendere un aperitivo se sei in anticipo.

29/06/2025: The quality restaurant both fish and meat menu. Tradition is respected in the dishes prepared by the chef, with some innovative tips, which is not bad! Courtesy present in the dining room staff and renewed location that creates a familiar atmosphere!

25/05/2025: I went for lunch, I found the tuna tartare and the amberjack tartare excellent, the fried cod with a special sauce truly exquisite, ditto for the fried anchovies accompanied by their mayonnaise. I had the tuna ingot, cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, while my companion tried the garlic and oil with pink shrimp tartare. Well, for the latter I have to say that we expected more reading the other reviews, in the sense that garlic, oil and chili pepper clearly prevailed over the flavor of the shrimp, making it therefore a good white pasta. The idea is good but I think that if you don't flavor the pasta with a sort of bisque the two flavors remain unconnected. Maybe this flavor is wanted this way, I don't know, I'm just saying my opinion on what I tasted and the flavor it left me with. I didn't try the tiramisu but they prepared it for me to take away, my companion ate it and said it was good. Overall a positive experience, very light fried food, fresh fish, and the potato chips were very welcome. We'll be back. Thanks
