A truly beautiful, quaint place, with seafood featuring a wide array of flavors and truly excellent pairings. We'll definitely be returning. I recommend the appetizer menu, which has a truly extensive selection, and the first courses. I highly recommend driving up a mountain to get here. Congratulations!

Villa Salvenere is an enchanting location, surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of a remote area. The lovely garden with pool is perfect for relaxing in the serenity of nature while sipping a delicious aperitif. The interior is also excellent. The food and ingredients are beyond delicious, along with the friendly and professional staff, make this a highly recommended place!

My boyfriend and I had dinner here tonight. We both had the tasting menu with appetizers and first courses. The appetizers were exceptional and truly abundant. The ingredients were excellent, the fish was incredibly fresh, and the vegetables were directly from the garden below the restaurant, owned by the owners' family. I especially like the eggplant, which was truly the best I've ever tried. The various appetizers (so many) were cooked to perfection, and overall the tasting was varied and very satisfying. The first courses were equally good. So plentiful and well-prepared that we took the leftovers home to eat for lunch tomorrow. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was truly charming. I highly recommend it. (I'm attaching photos of the appetizer per person!)

06/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip in the very low season (November). The hotel is truly very comfortable and charming, with a breathtaking seaside location! The staff is welcoming, attentive, kind, and super available for any need! They have an elegance and grace in treating guests that is rarely seen! The rooms are small but very welcoming and super clean, equipped with every comfort! The cuisine is excellent: at breakfast, the products are excellent and very fresh, and at dinner, the menu is very varied, catering for every taste, and everything is cooked very well! The gentleman who welcomed me at the table tempted me with a cannoli I'd never had in my life, filled freshly!! I hope to return soon, both for work and for other reasons! Congratulations to all the staff, and best wishes to Miele.
