I've been here several times and have always been pleasantly impressed. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming, the atmosphere inside is elegant and pleasant, the dishes are well-prepared and beautifully combined to the point of intrigue and surprise. Last but not least, the staff is among the best I've ever encountered: professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and know how to perform their roles with attention to detail and enthusiasm. On June 13, 2025, we fulfilled our dream of getting married at Villa Riflesso, and it was truly the most beautiful experience we could have had. The location is enchanting, with Lake Fusaro as the backdrop to our love: a setting that made every moment even more special. The menu was exceptional, everything delicious and meticulously prepared, appreciated by all our guests. The staff was impeccable, always available and available for every need. A heartfelt thank you to Raffaele and the entire team for their professionalism and dedication, from the first day we chose the venue until the last minute of the ceremony. We recommend Villa Riflesso to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding!

We got married on September 26, 2025, with a symbolic ceremony at the venue. We immediately fell in love with the property's garden, which we found to be a real gem among all the other venues we've seen in the Bacoli area. The staff, from the day we booked to the day of the wedding, was always very helpful, although there are several restrictions, such as for decorations and table settings (anything you choose has an additional cost). Our guests complimented the beauty of the villa and the quality of the food, but what left a bitter taste in our mouths was the attitude of the restaurant manager, Alfonso, who, from the end of the ceremony, made us feel incredibly anxious and rushed. I admit there was a delay, but I believe it was no later than a typical arrival at the villa after a religious ceremony. Instead, immediately after our symbolic ceremony, he convinced us not to leave the villa for photos to avoid any more waiting for the guests (almost a month later, I still think about my canceled photo shoot). However, the real rush took place in the dining room, where we didn't enjoy the meal. The courses came one after the other, to the detriment of the music. We had the first dance, but it was interrupted by the arrival of the main course. According to him, it was getting cold and people wouldn't appreciate it. We noticed the same rush when it came to the cake and desserts, as we didn't have time to eat the fruit before the dessert station had already been dismantled. The downside was the suite. The hot tub didn't work. We called for help (obviously unpleasant), but not even the waiter who came to our aid was able to get it started. The following morning, Mr. Alfonso, without apologizing for the inconvenience, simply listed the various water and electricity issues in Bacoli. He assured us that he knows how to operate the pool, but that not everyone can do it when he's away. We're simply left with a bad experience. Regarding the food, it's undoubtedly high-quality and the cuisine is excellent, but there's something to be said for that as well: the portions are truly modest. We opted for a served appetizer, and the oyster bar and the oysters (as well as everything else) arrived just one per guest—the kind that if you drop something, you can't eat it again. We noticed the same thing with the desserts, and the refreshment of the main course, which had been announced to us since the day of booking, didn't happen. All in all, the location and the quality of the food are well worth it; the garden is breathtaking, but the side dish somewhat ruined our day.
