Located in an excellent location with ample parking, large garden with chairs, tables, and what can I say about the friendly and always available staff. The comfortable rooms, then we move on to the beautiful and comfortable restaurant in the morning, the beautiful and plentiful breakfast, and not to mention the excellent cuisine, all good. I would recommend it to my friends

In the midst of greenery this beautiful building houses good, quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent dinner and good breakfast. Everything perfect.

Very elegant village a few km from Ascoli Piceno and, on the opposite side, San Benedetto del Tronto. Surrounded by greenery, the Villa is very suitable for parties and ceremonies. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Ideal for families.

Il luogo è affascinante. Un'antica villa dotata di tutti i servizi: camere, ristorante, sala convegni, sala da pranzo per cerimonie con un comodo e ampio parcheggio. Il ristorante, molto accogliente, è ricavato in una zona della villa con soffitto a volte. La cucina offre piatti tradizionali di pesce e carne, anche con innovazioni molto accurate. L'accoglienza e il servizio sono pressoché perfetti, anche la cantina è attenta ai prodotti del territorio, come da indirizzi forniti dal titolare Filippo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Il ristorante è molto accogliente , scelta di menu alla carta o delle loro proposte di menu che abbiamo assaggiato ,4 antipasti buoni e sfiziosi , primo e secondo . tutto molto buono specialmente il primo !
Personale gentile e molto accogliente , prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media . Torneremo senz’altro per assaggiare altri piatti .

This year we decided to spend New Year's Eve in this wonderful structure.
We had visited it in the summer and really liked it.
But last night the organization exceeded all expectations, everything was perfect, music, entertainment and above all the food, exquisite, refined and of great quality.
A huge applause to the host who with his staff made us truly have an unforgettable evening.
An affectionate thank you to the entire Olivieri family who honored us with their elegant and cordial company.
