A truly positive experience, from the gastronomic welcome to the spectacular meat appetizers, to the excellent saffron risotto with osso buco. The cellar is well-stocked with local and international wines, the owner is very kind and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

One of the best restaurants in the area, with Chef Maurizio preparing extraordinary, meticulously crafted dishes using top-quality ingredients. Consuelo, meanwhile, is a very attentive and friendly maître d', yet capable of giving each guest space and privacy. A shining example of professionalism and love for the cuisine and the local area. Highly recommended!!!

For a very special grape festival, we chose not to eat in the usual taverns but to choose a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent food in a quiet setting. The Villa Paolotti restaurant was the perfect choice. We were welcomed very warmly, and what amazed me was that the owner remembered us because we had celebrated New Year's Eve there—another 5-star experience. For the grape festival, she offered a wine tasting menu from a Ghemme producer, with exceptional wines paired with each course. Consuelo was perfect in presenting the wines paired with the dishes. The waitress in the dining room was also perfect, professional and courteous. The chef was fantastic in preparing the impeccable menu. The location, set in the internal courtyard, was very beautiful and very romantic. The menu exceeded all our expectations. What more can I say? We'll be back for more delicacies. I recommend it for a dinner or lunch in a private setting with stellar cuisine.
