We discovered it almost by chance a few years ago and immediately fell in love with it. Villa Paolotti is a hidden treasure where you can find innovative and surprising cuisine, with bold combinations that tantalize the palate. The dishes are lively and inviting, a real pleasure for the eyes. The choice of ingredients is very fresh and refined, sometimes unusual but always with a great tasting effect. And then, the excellent suggestions for wine pairing, with particular attention to fine Piedmontese wines, make each dish an unforgettable experience.

If only the lady hadn't been there to welcome and serve us...
Passed by with three colleagues somewhat by chance, we stop in front of the entrance and at 1.10pm we read "closing at 2.00pm", so we step forward and enter. We are welcomed by a grumpy and irritated lady who makes us sit at the table (deserted restaurant). We order with the feeling of being too many and sometimes unwanted.
Good and refined dishes, which made us overlook the terrible service.

Excellent food, dishes with attention to detail, excellent local wines... the only thing I would suggest is background music, the rooms are small and you have to whisper to talk

For lovers of good food and good wine, a quiet place where you can taste dishes expertly prepared by chef Maurizio, never banal and always original, for the undecided it is possible to order the tasting menu with wine pairings, the location is very beautiful with a external courtyard where it is possible to have lunch/dinner in the summer period, welcoming and very clean. I'll be back, highly recommended.
