We didn't stay at the hotel but we had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. The setting was magnificent with views of the Maiella and the sea. The service was excellent; they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from, and for the youngest, a first course of pasta with ragu and a second course of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice for the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. The dishes were sometimes a little confusing, but overall, good. The only downside for me was the slightly small quantities.
What words can I use to describe such a sublime sensorial experience of taste?
The experience was so exhilarating that it was impossible to find words that would describe it in the right way.
Trying is believing.
An extremely high quality courtesy. It combines the typical Frentana welcome with warmth and availability, with the polite discretion of a very classy person. The menu made us rediscover flavors and gave us a pleasure at the table of the highest quality. A great pleasant discovery. THANK YOU
Passing through Guardiagrele, we immediately discovered and tried this starred restaurant, eager to experience a gastronomic journey of the area.
We opted for the small 7-course menu which Pascal, amiable host and passionate gastronaut, wanted to expand, giving us two further delicious experiences.
Pampered and guided in the tasting and choice of wine, we appreciated advice, information and the right addresses to explore during our trip.
Mission achieved: we bring home the confirmation that this region is a flagship of our beautiful country!
My husband & I had a lovely stay at Villa Maiella! Staff was very welcoming & attended to all of our needs. The rooms were pristine! Views from the villa were breathtaking. . We dined at the Michelin restaurant on the premises & it was fabulous! Highly recommend!
On September 25th I celebrated my partner's birthday at Villa Maiella.
The premises and service, coordinated impeccably and exquisitely by Pascal Tinari, lived up to our expectations.
Unfortunately I can't say the same for what we tasted.
We were offered top quality products, but what was missing was the surprise for the palate, the wow you expect from a starred restaurant. Maybe it wasn't the best night.
