First time at a Michelin-starred restaurant. What can I say? We were pampered by the reservation and the utmost availability. The service was nothing short of astonishing, and the attention was extraordinary. Refined cuisine with fantastically paired ingredients. I never imagined it was possible to achieve such levels of quality, flair, and hospitality. I thought I couldn't understand this type of cuisine, but thanks to you, I discovered it is possible! We dined at this splendid restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. We immediately felt welcomed and pampered, just like at home. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. We chose the "Our Proposal" menu to fully appreciate the restaurant's signature cuisine. It was a journey of flavors, some delicate, others bold and intense, like the foie gras with apricot. The creamy and flavorful potato chitarra with Castel del Monte pecorino cheese, the fresh and citrusy carpaccio, the truly excellent ravioli and farro, and the lamb were sublime. Even the desserts were truly excellent, though perhaps we didn't fully enjoy them because we were so full. The staff was aware of the occasion and presented us with a sweet tiramisu and a candle. It was a perfect evening.

We had an absolutely fantastic lunch with personal service. Food was tasty, creative and beautifully presented. 3 people and 4 course lunch with a bottle of white wine cost 300 euros.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was informal. The bread was a bit chewy.
