There is something profoundly honest in everything they do: from the warm bread that arrives as soon as you sit down, to the smile with which they ask you how it went, even if they already know.
Here the cuisine is something alive, warm, personal.
And then there is that dish, the burrata ravioli with saffron and lentils, which is worth the trip alone.
It is a dish that speaks the language of tradition, but with a modern accent. And it does so with delicacy, without necessarily wanting to amaze.
The room is well-kept, bright, with a view of the Maiella. In the summer you can also have lunch outside.
It is all true, all simple but it is nice.

Memorable experience. Beautiful location, excellent tasting menu for flavors, consistencies and combinations, with dishes that combine local products with innovative combinations. We didn't stay at the hotel but had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Magnificent setting with views of the maiella and the sea. Very good service, they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from and for the littlest one a primo of pasta with ragu and a secondo of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice to the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. Dishes sometimes a little confusing but overall good. The only downside for me is the slightly small quantities.
