It was a real experience, I highly recommend it, quality raw materials, trained and kind staff and the owner with his son truly exquisite. It was worth it. (I'll do it again)

The food is extraordinary, the wines extraordinary..... well I'll just say that the very high level of the cuisine and the cellar is surpassed by the kindness of the staff.
The owners are truly "exquisite"
We didn't stay at the hotel but had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Magnificent setting with views of the maiella and the sea. Very good service, they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from and for the littlest one a primo of pasta with ragu and a secondo of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice to the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. Dishes sometimes a little confusing but overall good. The only downside for me is the slightly small quantities.

Passing through Guardiagrele, we immediately discovered and tried this starred restaurant, eager to experience a gastronomic journey of the area.
We opted for the small 7-course menu which Pascal, amiable host and passionate gastronaut, wanted to expand, giving us two further delicious experiences.
Pampered and guided in the tasting and choice of wine, we appreciated advice, information and the right addresses to explore during our trip.
Mission achieved: we bring home the confirmation that this region is a flagship of our beautiful country!
