The spaces are clean and well-maintained, perfect for classy events and creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The owners proved to be wonderful people, helpful and attentive to the guests' needs, contributing positively to the overall experience. The only negative note concerns the D'Alterio catering service, which unfortunately significantly compromised the success of the day. The catering service demonstrated serious organizational and service issues during the ceremony. Significant errors were made in managing allergies and intolerances, with agreed-upon dishes not being followed and, in one case, an allergic reaction. The menus were also not properly followed: different courses than those agreed upon, disappointing food quality, and sloppy preparation. Specific dietary requirements (celiac disease and lactose intolerance) were not adequately addressed, resulting in insufficient portions despite guests providing food. Furthermore, the service was inconsistent with the agreed-upon terms, both for the starters and the dessert and main course. There were also deficiencies in the equipment used, deemed unsuitable for the event, and a lack of presence and responsibility on the part of the catering manager, who failed to show up either during or after the event. Finally, despite the poor service, no discounts or compensation were offered, and requests for clarification went unanswered. Overall, the villa is highly recommended for its beauty, atmosphere, and management, but we strongly advise you to be careful when choosing your catering, especially avoiding the aforementioned one.
