Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery with a view of the sea. To reach the seaside area it takes a few minutes by car. Perfect for peace of mind. Very clean and tidy room. Very very welcoming and kind staff.

26/03/2024: Enchanting place overlooking the small gulf of Porto Maurizio. Seafood menu and mountain menu, very well prepared and respectful of tradition (with a few pleasant surprises)
02/03/2024: I know the place well having been there before. Large, spacious room with well-spaced tables, modern furnishings, nice table linens. The food is always a certainty with a lot of attention also paid to the care of the dish, highly trained, attentive, never intrusive staff.

06/02/2024: When you want to feel good...you go to Colle Melosa for lunch
06/12/2023: Great place for a "substantial" stop. The portions of the first courses are very generous, and also very good. I tried the famous goat and beans for the first time and was amazed by the softness and delicate flavor of the meat. The prices are honest, the wine is good, and if you feel like you've had a feast, no regrets, you can work it all off on the nearby tracks. I recommend the climb to the barracks/shelter, a wide and easy road, quiet and not too long
