A fantastic ethnobotanical culinary experience that brings the flavors and aromas of the Murgia Park to the table. I have particularly fond memories of the cardoon and the ferula mushroom...wow 😍🫠😋🤤 The menu offers a selection of entirely plant-based and animal-based dishes, accompanied by a wide selection of wines. I visited the restaurant for lunch and my first impression was that the dishes were prepared with care and dedication. The tasting took us on a journey of discovery, featuring seasonal and local products. An original vegetarian menu, featuring the intense aromas and flavors of the Apulian Murgia. We'll be back!

Having traveled all over the Puglia region, Villa Fenicia was out last stop before departing. We were tired and in need of a place offering peace and quiet, and that we got. Laura graciously welcomed us and escorted us to our room. Photos cannot capture the luxury of our accommodations. Simply spectacular. The entire property is just over the top. So beautiful and classy. Loved the secluded pool area, definitely took advantage of that. The breakfast was multi courses, beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was totally accommodating. The location is surrounded by small towns with many interesting sites to visit and great restaurants. Would not hesitate to visit again, but will stay longer next time.
